I like to sit on the couch in front of the TV and do my editing.
The next level for me is learning how to use my new camera with my cell phone as my remote. This wi-fi and gps on the the camera is a whole new learning curve.

I have been using Photoshop for a very long time now. It started in high school, where I was first introduced to Paintshop Pro. I was amazed with the possiblities with this software. And then a friend of mine showed me a even better software, Adobe Photoshop. And I gotta say, I was sold from the first click. The even more advanced possibilites this piece of software had/has tempted me to switch from Paintshop Pro to Photoshop. Although I was really confused the first time I tried Photoshop and it was difficult to make the switch just like that. But it didn't take me long to get used to this new software anyway. So for the next couple of years I was literally scanning the web for different kind of Photoshop tutorials just to get used the tools and know how to master the possiblities. I spend countless hours reading tutorials and redoing them in Photoshop. By doing so, I was able to "educate" myself in Photoshop. Now when people ask me about which software I use and if I could recomend one for them to edit their pictures, I instantly, without the knowledge of their capability, suggest them to try Photoshop. Secondly I tell them to do a quick search on google with the keywords: "Photoshop Tutorials" and just scroll through the pages and try to do some tutorial they find interresting. And with youtube you can easily master photoshop within a couple of days. Well sort of master Photoshop. I know its a complicated piece of software, but you learn alot of things by seeing how others do it in Photoshop. The next thing that came to my attention after I bought my first DSLR (Canon 7D) was Lightroom. I learned (from a couple of introductionsvideos on youtube about DSLR), that shooting in RAW-format would help me a lot in the postprocessing. So I needed a software that could open RAW-format. You can of course edit RAW files in Photoshop, but I somehow started using Lightroom. Maybe because I first read about Lightroom and then bought a DSLR or just because the tweaks in Lightroom were more appealing. I can't remember. Lightroom & Photoshop Anyways. Todays images is a comparison of my retouched work with the original picture I took. When first took this picture with Isam B (a danish musician) and my friends (they were cropped out because the lighting was really good where they were standing), I thought the lighting on Isam was great. Mainly because the sealing wasn't really that high. So the light coming from Isam's right was really close and it gave a really nice lighting on isam's face. I tought black and white will be amazing with this kind of ligthing. After tweaking, highligts, shadows and black and white in Lightroom, I switched to Photoshop where I added this gradient layer just to give it a vintage/retro look, like a ligthstreak. And that's it! Mabye I should post more before/after picture. It would be me giving back what I have learned throught the same method I learned Photoshop/Lightroom, Tutorials.
the end.
I got this shot, then was told by some CP dude to get off the property. Oh well....at least I caught a triple set of 90MAC's!
Well it is here! Phew *takes sweat off my forehead*

This is most likely the last thing I'm uploading on sims 2. I have decided to reveal all my pose and editing secrets to everyone since I probably won't have any use for them anymore... Why?
Sims 2 is no longer a hobby of mine, therefor I won't be playing it. Instead I'm taking all my time to enhance the story that I've been sharing into making it something special enough to have on everyone's bookshelf someday. ^_^ I'm finally taking a hold of my life and turning it the direction I want it to take. That means someday You'll be seeing the books I write and the movies I direct in the future.
Thanks for all the comments and amazing connections to those who have kept it real.
If you want to keep in touch, I have a live journal and I'd love to be friends with you on there ;)

I love retouching and editing picture and I thought you might want to see one of the before and after I did .
I edited that picture quite a while ago, so this is not a new image.
I chose this picture because the style is very well know from Jill Greenberg's children series.

My images on Flickr are mostly straight from the camera....but I do love to play with plugins and filters...I felt this garden gate pic could do with a little atmosphere,"Harrys Filters" are my favorite for adding a bit of "mood"......

The main theme of my symbol set was reptiles. I tried simplifying them in order for the viewer can see what kind of reptiles. I asked different people and they had no problem figuring them out.

No editing except cropping. This particular blossom is not in pristine condition, but is a beautiful flower nonetheless.
A re-edit of a photo that I took over 14 years ago with my Canon PowerShot S60 in the first year that I owned it. The S60 launched me on a decade and a half career as a photographer. Revisiting the image, I de-noised it using a Topaz plugin in Photoshop, made adjustments and applied a lookup table in Luminar 4.
