This is what I've been wrangling with the past two days/nights. (Special emphasis on the nights, I might add. :-/)

One Photoshop file. HUNDREDS of layers. When I'm done with the project (in a day or so), I might sit down and take a final count of the layers/masks/paths/groups/sub-groups in this poor soul of a file.

The file is 2.72GB (uncompressed) at last count.

(There are specific reasons why the file has to be this insanely complex and large, but I can't say why. NDAs, etc.)

Yes, it's been painful and maddening.

Yes, the spinning beach ball is now my new best friend.

And finally, yes, in case you were wondering, Photoshop performs rather oddly in such an extreme scenario. Sometimes it's like I'm working on a 72 DPI web thing and I can just breeze along and other times the whole world locks up for 5-7 minutes and then goes back to normal. (First time that happened, I hadn't saved the file in an hour or so and I almost broke down and wept.)

Inside edge trim is used on the inside edge of the bar top (Bartender’s side) and bar top ends where applicable to cover the seam where the main bar top and plywood subtop meet. Cut and install the inside edge trim to the end of the plywood subtop and notch as shown to accept the bar rail if applicable, then cut and install your bar rail molding flush with the inside edge trim for a clean look with professional results. Taken on a recent visit to Alderley Edge, I thought this was a wonderful view.

Edge of colours [day 76]

I was experimenting with a set of burst shots in Photoshop, and got a strange edge effect like this as a result. I think is cool, don't you?
