Sonnenfinsternis 2015 // Königs Wusterhausen

During the Supermoon eclipse 28/09/15

Not as good or varied as I would have liked. It was very hazy at first, but then some clouds passed, and was able to take some shots, but after the 98%, it became hazy again.

I am pleased, though.

Not clear skies, but maybe the clouds helped my photos in the end.

Total Solar Eclipse, Svalbard 2015

Starting point for a multi image eclipse image - 195 frames at approx 15 second intervals. Need to work on removing overlaps to better see the crescent.

 

Taken through a home made Baader solar filter

Light cloud but the sun still visible.

It got darker and cold at the moment the moon was hiding the sun.
