Side profile. Ummm did anyone one tell them this is NOT Rome?

Emma and I took our niece and extended nephew down the river in the Kayak for a bit, got to playing I-Spy, and I spied something beginning with 'A' on his head (an ant) :-)

Ah the after splash with all the little drips floating in the air....I'm not one of them though :oP

This reminds me of my old school back in India. It had a similar archway of trees leading to the school gates.

Some more photos from the easter weekend that we traditionally spent on the island Fehmarn in the baltic sea.

Grandma hates to be photographed, but I think her expression towards her grand-daughter is lovely. This will be my great-niece when I marry Jamie.

A snow globe. Lamp post along the front steps into the United States Post Office, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. I like the stonework on the building, which opened in 1916, and the fluted post.

On a farm near Bauple over the Easter weekend - spending time with friends. This was one of the horses on agistment in the paddocks - it was a bit overly interested in us, I was glad there was a fence there. I'm not overly fond of horses.

My girls are asking for Easter candy already!!! :)

Tent buying hint: the one that is up in 3 seconds gives you more beer-drinking time

Heading home after a long weekend with lots of friends, sun, wind and fresh air.

Having got bored, I took these whilst I was waiting for the bus - I don't know what this tree is, but it's bark peels off, and it's leaves are small oval shaped, pale green. The tree has grown into the most incredible canopy above this, which I think is a pretty bad job of cropping it back - I think I photographed it last year, shortly after it had been attended too. Good to see it's surviving.

What do you do when Easter Weekend airfare+car rental from Grenada to Trinidad (90 miles) is the same price as Grenada to Los Angeles (3900 miles)?

You go to Los Angeles with American Airlines, and still get there (and back) faster than Trinidad with LIAT.

My brother Matt is such a dork!

Emma snaps me on the return trip from Kayaking down the Peel River in Tamworth. I'm a bit mud-splashed.

Love the shadow in this pic :-)
