Having had problems getting charge on the journey from Ipswich to Bristol we were absolutely amazed to find this newly built facility at Reading Services on the way home - joy !
The 14-50 outlet on this panel is the standard input used by the current round of EVs on the road. Including the Tesla Roadster and the Mini E. The only difference is that the OEMs add on a fancy plug so they can charge you more for their exclusive (expensive) charging system.
It's fully wired now and installed. ^_^
I just need to get an electrical inspector out to look at it.
TT-30R NEMA receptacle is 3 wire, rated at 30 amps, 125 volt and 14-50R NEMA receptacle is 4 wire, rated at 50 amps, 125/250 volt; the 5-20R NEMA 3 wire receptacle is rated at 20 amps, 125 volt.All outlets are now GFCI protected.
NEMA 3R rainproof enclosure has a lockable latch and the unique design allows the cord to be used with the door closed

Quick stop in NJ top up at an Electrify America Fast Charging Station to juice up our Audi Etron and shopping for the house. Super Easy. The stop was about 25 minutes or so while I went in to Target.
On a 50kw charger I'm getting about 2 miles of charge for every minute plugged in, not bad. It will be a real game changer for the industry and electric vehicles in general when fast chargers get up to about 5 miles per minute, which really isn't too far off. I know there are a few that can do up to 100kw and the latest electrify America fast chargers can deliver up to 350kw...

Completed electrical installation on adjacent building. Service is 100 amps, with a 20-amp 120V circuit for convenience outlet and security lamps, plus 50-amp 240V circuit for charging.

The Chargepoint home electric vehicle charger out of the box and before installation. Super simple install. Level II charger at 7kW to somewhere around 9kW. Will charge any EV. Has J1772 hook up.
