Be a dike hero, too!
Even if our dikes invite you to take a walk and linger - they primarily serve one important purpose: to protect against water masses. Help us to ensure this protection by observing the following notes.
Caution! Mowing work!
Our sheep work. They maintain the turf and thus maintain the dike. Therefore they need quietness.
What a fright!
Whether big or small - your dog is a natural enemy of our sheep and puts the animals in turmoil. Where a dog walks on the dike, the next one follows quickly. Therefore, please carry out your four-legged friend only at the designated dog beaches
Work is annoying?
Nevertheless - protecting the coast is our job. This requires ongoing care and maintenance of the dikes. Give our employees and vehicles the respect and space they need.
Thank you!

"Well Castle (Dutch: Kasteel Well) is a fully restored 14th century medieval castle located in the Dutch province of Limburg, in the small village of Well, The Netherlands. It is located near the border with Germany, and it is approximately 2 hours southeast of Amsterdam. Kasteel Well itself is made up of two buildings: the Main Castle and the voorburcht, or outer castle. There are two courtyards within Kasteel Well. There are also two moats: an inner and outer moat.
Emerson College obtained Kasteel Well in 1988 and since then has been using it to house students participating in a study abroad program. Over the years since it was obtained by Emerson, they have made several renovations, the latest of which added new rooms bringing the student capacity per semester to around 90 students.
Every fall and spring semester, approximately eighty students from Emerson's Boston, Massachusetts, campus live in and take classes at Kasteel Well."

'Corneliusplatz' is located between the 'Tritonenbrunnen' at the northern end of the 'Königsallee' canal and the southern edge of the 'Hofgarten' in the middle of Düsseldorf's city center. As a Wilhelminian 'jewelry' square, its green area was considered one of the most beautiful and popular in Düsseldorf. In 1882 a neo-baroque bowl fountain designed by the sculptor Leo Müsch was erected in its center. The square is named after Peter von Cornelius, the first director of the 'Kunstakademie Düsseldorf', whose monument stands in the 'Hofgarten' and which forms the axis of view to the north.

"Hi-Matic was the name of a long-running series of 35 mm cameras made by Minolta. The original Hi-Matic of 1962 was the first Minolta camera to feature automatic exposure and achieved a small degree of fame when a version (the Ansco Autoset) was taken into space by John Glenn in 1962.
The Hi-Matic E of 1971 was a much-improved version of the C with a 40 mm f/1.7 lens and a rangefinder. It used the same Electro Control automatic exposure system found on the Yashica Electro cameras."
