Blomstring/Flowering:Mars-mai (3-5) Habitat:Ã…kerland, gressletter, veikanter. Gjerne der det er litt fuktig.

 

En orkidé med opprett sylindrisk hode der blomstene sitter tett. De er dyprøde og har røde prikker på den nederste leppen og er blekere rød på overleppen som også er spiss. Sideleppene kan av og til være mørkegrønne. Sjekk om den dufter. Da er det underarten fragrans det dreier seg om som er ganske vanlig i Andalusia.

Stourhead - I have to add this to Glimpse....this garden in England was essentially designed so you would walk around and vistas would open up to you at specific moments and you would see the monuments in the distance. Eventually you would walk up to them, but then other vistas would open up to other view points. I highly recommend a visit next time you are in England.

ENG: Two #Pelicans (Pelecanus conspicillatus) at dusk in #MurrayBridge #SouthAustralia It was a very cloudy day but the light was perfect for a second! I am always amazed by this giant birds, love them!
