Port Colborne Fire and Emergency Services firefighters put out a dump truck fire off Brookfield Road before noon Thursday. The truck, on a private driveway, appeared to have a load of dirt. There was no word on what caused the fire, which saw smoke visible nearly five kilometres away from the scene.
Shot at Newcastle Airshow in 2010. This was one of the very last dump and burns performed by the long serving General Dynamics F111. The Aircraft retired from service later that year.

a sign reminding people not to dump stuff into the charles. i like that they put a fish on the sign even though the water hasn't been habitable for fish since the 18th century.

Saw these DUMP TRUCKS sitting this morning.They are placed right where the NEW 4th street will go up and over to 120th Ave NEXT YEAR ( phase two )
Quentin (7) took thse pictures of fill being dumped and levelled in our backyard. I think he did a great job taking these pictures. And it will be nice to have a bigger yard back there!
