This is a detail shot I took a while ago on my walk through the misty forest here in Zürich. The water droplets on those berries attracted me to the motive and I also really liked the tiny water droplets caught in the spider silk. It is a bit calmer in my opinion than the other pictures I took on the same morning but still shows a bit of the mood I felt in this foggy forest.

A cactus flower with droplets from my garden

Somewhere in the Macroverse, 2021.

I took this macro using my Nikkor Z 24-70mm standard zoom lens and a Novoflex reverse adapter.

Autumn, Leek, The Netherlands

Tulips covered in water droplets but thankfully the sun came out in the afternoon

Just couldn’t pass this by , and it gave me a chance to stretch:)

I discovered I had a water blob on lens after a couple of shots - decided to leave it and see what happens.... This is a composite of with and without the "blob" shots (plus a steep photoshop learning curve to work out how to merge images!!)......HSS

From the sprinkler, not rain, sadly...

These drosera tentacles are more adapt at catching insects but the dew drop got in first.

Both this dragonfly and I were totally transfixed by the water droplet. It seemed to defy gravity as it grew from nothing under the lip of the leaf until finally falling to make room for the next droplet to slowly grow.

Small part of a statue somewhere in Paris, that was painted white once.

A very delicate sight to see droplets on a spider's web...

Just trying some new glass out.

A glorious swan at the local lake. It had been diving a few times and there was wonderful droplets of water all over which were shining in the late evening sun. The water was super still apart from where it was making these wonderful circles of ripples as it dived and returned.

Tiny Banded Hairstreak butterfly at rest on a Hosta leaf in my garden.

Uncommon. Lots of Hairstreak reports in the area, so this must be its year.
