Playing with the drone - this image is shot with a drone looking above the top tier of Fossa waterfall in the Faroe Islands.
Petite après midi de prise en main d'un drone au dessus de Tournon-sur-Rhône, dans un chouette temps hivernal et à la lumière douce =)

Small afternoon of handling a drone above Tournon-sur-Rhône, in a cool winter weather and in soft light =)
A variety of drone shots from earlier on a summer evening in downtown Syracuse. I like the outtake shot, reminds me of star trails.
Well, seeing as there wasn't a ton of variety in the head designs of these drone figures, we decided to try something different. We ended up basing the entire figure upon the use of the yellow rubber bands. It was meant to be simple as well. We considered adding brick-built legs, but eventually decided against it. Enjoy guys!
Now back to finishing our other projects :P
Inspired by Bowbrick, |M A K B R I C K S|, and Ironbricks's recent drones.
Also, for some reason it won't let us add this image to the Lego Drones group.
On a drone horse.
Yeah... So my theme (might as well state it) is probably going to be mythology inspired drones. But for now, drone rider XG-990 and his valiant steed H0R53-773.
Yeah, well Failtober happened... about the 20th I realized that I didn't have the time or pieces to finish, but I'll finish the SHIP in some capacity.
For this build, I was trying to get some cool angles going with the wings, and I feel like I succeeded to a degree. As always, I won't say no to constructive criticism :P

Automated large scale pivot irrigation system for providing water and nutrients to this sugar beet field. Bonneville County, Idaho.
Been playing some Blacklight Retribution and took this down with me to college. It has no weapons, because it tells other drones what to do and stuff. Also I embellished it with some scala oven racks, Japanese stickers and face bricks cuz why not.
The meatbag is there for the purpose of making Xavier sad that he doesn't have the Spooky Girl collectifig, pls ignore.
5/2023 - Altoona, PA
It seems like repairs have been finally finished on Sperry 136. As of the end of June it's still here at Altoona, however.

PPLX 1088 once shuffled loads of coal around the Shamokin Dam power plant. A new gas-fired power plant was built next to the footprint of the coal-fired plant. The 1088 was built in 1954 for SP, model SW900.
A first for me. This was a somewhat tiny machine ... looking more like a UFO ... buzzing its way in all directions, at the whim of its controller.
Quite a lot of fun actually. I was taking photos of 'it' while 'it' (I think) was taking photos of me.
Kindly click on image for a more defined effect. Thanks.
The European Drone Fly (Eristalis tenax) is an excellent bee mimic. On flowers it both looks and sounds like a pollen-gathering bee.

5/2022 - NS 8133 was just unloaded from a flatcar. It was wrecked in Georgia. The 9759 is in the background still on a flatcar.
The drone market has recently seen an influx of competing infantry designs, owing largely to increased hostilities across the yellow zone. The Knight frame was hastily ordered by militaries eager to put its durability and rugged design to the test.
Early reports indicate favourable results, though as with most drones in service, Soft AI errors are still cause for concern, particularly following several friendly-fire incidents with the previous model.
At 3.9 metres, it casts an intimidating silhouette across any theatre. Primary armament is interchangeable, pictured is a shoulder mounted mag-accelerator. The Knight's manipulators are capable of picking up and firing standard human armaments, meaning that it can adapt and repurpose weapons from the battlefield.

Dane's recent drone gave me the impetus for this, it came together really quickly and I'm pretty happy with the proportions.
Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoy this one. As usual feel free to ask any questions, comment, critique, etc. Thanks so much!
