Photo taken in Oct 2014 - TfL claims they will replace trains and signalling systems across the four 'Deep Tube' lines - the Piccadilly, Bakerloo, Central and Waterloo & City lines and new trains will run from 2024. Of course, now in 2020, there is conflict with the Unions and the idea of driverless operations, the lack of funding for the Underground brought about by a fare freeze in 2017 by the Mayor (Sadiq Khan) and then being hit by Covid. Although building contracts have been awarded, nothing more has been heard.
