This Red-shouldered Hawk I looking down at me through a hole in some hanging Spanish-moss which created this beautiful dreamlike photograph. Additionally this photograph is not cropped.

Of course I had to return to this wonderful forest high up in the mountains near the tree line. It’s my second year that I visit this amazing place. And it’s really wonderful that there are still such marvelous and for photographers unknown forest places in Switzerland. For sure a place to protect and like last year I was amazed about the beauty and about the amount of spots. This year I made only two shots and this one here is one of them!

The light and atmosphere this morning was really mesmerising. I kept this shot a bit diffused and blury to create a bit more mood and atmosphere in it. Another intention in my postprocessing was to create more pastel like colors tones. Hope you like it!

Riddarfjärden in Stockholm with City Hall and a beautiful sunset as a backdrop. The current runs very strong on Riddarfjärden's and a 12 minute exposure, aided by a 15-stop filter, turned it into a dreamlike deep blue, fading to black.
I posted a "provisional" version of this pic where the original blue value was retained. That picture was selected for "In Explore". This version is the way I wanted to show the image in its final form.
An infrared false-color photograph of Charlotten Lake in Uhingen, captured in near contre-jour lighting with a 55nm filter. The lens flares mark the sun’s subtle presence, while the surreal tones transform the tranquil water lilies and glowing trees into a dreamlike reflection of light and stillness.

One of my attempts at the "Flickr Friday" theme "Dreamlike"
Shot with an Agfa "M 3525 6/3" lens on a Canon EOS R5.
I was waiting for the birds to come into view, I knew they were there as I could hear them. it was rather peaceful so I sat happily, waiting for something to happen. I liked the scene in front of me, I liked how the light kept changing, and I took a few images and waited for another while. No birds, just their song.
Soft morning light and rising mist create a dreamlike atmosphere over Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. From this elevated viewpoint, the turquoise lakes cascade through layers of lush forest glowing with autumn color. Gentle waterfalls tumble between the terraced pools, while the winding wooden walkway invites you deeper into the tranquility of the scene. Captured at sunrise, the blend of mist, reflections, and fall foliage reveals the serene beauty and timeless charm of this UNESCO World Heritage wonder.
I just decided that from now on I also love reflections. Before last Saturday, I was looking for some, but I wouldn't have counted them among my primary photo motifs. I think that's different now.
