In the box are hanging files, which house white free drawing paper, a picture file, how to draw books & instructions,as well as extra markers. This way I don't have a crowd around a drawing center. It had been really effective for me.
One of the beautiful statues at Linky Park. Blogged about here carolbsloan.blogspot.com/2012/02/urban-sketching.html
They are professionally printed on a4 size paper. (they look great!)
I'm so glad I chose a printing place that is close and not order online, so I could check it all out. Especially as the proofs I got where a lot greener and darker than my originals. Now I could just tweak my drawings and they came out perfect. This is also one of the reasons I don't put my work on online print services (like DA) as I wanna make sure that people get my artwork like it was intended to look.
I'll put any unsold (or might even print more if there is interest) for sale online next week. :)
I'll message here if I'm gonna print more, if there is any artwork you would like that isn't among the printed ones. I can pretty much make prints of any picture/sketch you would like as long as it is big enough.
I'm also planning on doing sketch commissions at the convention. Although I'm going back and forth on that, I'm crazy nervous...I've never done anything like that before! I'm also so very private and critical of my drawings. Think it might be really good for me though, getting out of my comfort zone and all that. Besides, even if I'm offering it I might end up with no customers anyways.
but OMGGGG big lump in chest just thinking about it T oT);

Recently I came across an innovated form of art called Zentangle.
Among other things Zentangle is a meditative practice recommended for relaxation and for stress relief . Rather like a doodle the emphasis is on relaxing and allowing the patterns to form with out too much contrivance. Usually rendered in black ink after a while I tended to prefer the addition of coloured pencils. Here are a few of my attempts at Zantangles or drawings inspired by Zentangles.

I picked this up and am rather pleased with it. Reproduction of a drawing of NCR Ranger combat armor by Natalie De Blasis on Etsy.com (The Lucky 38)
More of his drawings. He was looking at a book of how to draw robots and I think he did pretty good.
An old draw with blue ballpen and Mouse Power in PS :)
(My style has changed a little...yea?)
I think it's smart to save every layers, so that you can, and you'd better see this ^^

I'm planning a painting for the annual auction at my school. Geometry fascinates me, as does occultism, and I have it in mind to do this tree of life as a full scale painting. Some of the geometry is really tricky, but it in part represents the passing of energy from unity down through the number sequence into reality. It also demonstrates just how complex the world gets as one must take into account more and more relationships and interactions.
My mentor in this is quite correct: interaction is more fundamental than existence.
