I did this apple during a workshop for our professional day for the art teachers. I never enjoyed using pastel and realize that I still feel the same way. Coincidentally, this can be my EDM challenge to draw an apple.

The first time I visited the park, there was open access to enter the kilns and see them from the inside.

As you can see, the kilns are showing signs of aging and erosion and have been fenced off to not allow access for spectator safety (although there are places where you can crawl under - hehehe)
