TABRIZ, East Azerbaijan, Iran - A gorgeous display of Sun light, with sunbeams across black clouds from the yellow sun towards an intensely blue sky, with a flock of small birds crossing the scene near the Sun.

Noctilucent clouds, or night shining clouds, are tenuous cloud-like phenomena in the upper atmosphere of Earth. They consist of ice crystals and are only visible during astronomical twilight. Noctilucent roughly means "night shining" in Latin. They are most often observed during the summer months from latitudes between 50° and 70° north and south of the Equator. They are visible only during local summer months and when the Sun is below the observer's horizon, but while the clouds are still in sunlight. Recent studies suggests that increased atmospheric methane emissions produce additional water vapor once the methane molecules reach the mesosphere - creating, or reinforcing existing noctilucent clouds.
They are the highest clouds in Earth's atmosphere, located in the mesosphere at altitudes of around 76 to 85 km. They are too faint to be seen in daylight, and are visible only when illuminated by sunlight from below the horizon while the lower layers of the atmosphere are in Earth's shadow (Wikipedia).

“The Centenaire Beach Clock, the iconic landmark of the seafront promenade, is an emblematic symbol of the waterfront in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, on the magnificent Opal Coast. Erected in the 1930s in pure Art Deco style, this elegant four-faced clock towers over the vast expanse of fine sandy beach and has marked time for nearly a century along the chic walks beside the English Channel. A remnant of the golden age of this upscale seaside resort frequented by Parisian and British high society, it embodies the timeless elegance of Le Touquet and stands defiantly against the elements with majestic presence – especially dramatic under a stormy sky. A must-see piece of northern French coastal heritage!”
A majestic landscape unfolds with rolling hills and stately mountains, bathed in an ethereal stream of light piercing through a cloudy sky.

The skies above Edinburgh create a spectacular display as the day's last sun rays dance behind the silhouettes of ancient structures, casting the rich greenery of trees into deep blue shades.

A lone waterfall plunges from the rugged cliffs into the North Atlantic, while shifting light breaks through heavy clouds above the wild coastline of the Faroe Islands. A landscape shaped by wind, water, and time — raw, remote, and unforgettable.
I took this photo the day before a challenging mountain trail run. The peaks were already hidden in clouds, and mist drifted through the valleys. The next day brought rain and strong winds that made the run incredibly tough. For me, this shot is a reminder that mountains always enchant you with their beauty, yet test your strength—even before the race begins.
A shot of "Heart Rock" in the Alabama Hills at dawn. I did this hike the afternoon before and decided to come out at dawn the next day to photograph this cool heart-shaped rock....got so lucky with the sky!
