The iconic peak of Romsdalshorn (1,550 m) piercing through a sea of shifting clouds in Romsdal, Norway. A legendary mountain among climbers, it has inspired countless adventurers since the first recorded ascent in 1828. Shrouded in mist, the horn-shaped massif embodies the raw drama of Norway’s alpine landscapes.
Fun Fact:
Romsdalshorn is one of the most climbed peaks in Norway. The first ascent in 1828 was done without modern climbing gear, making it a pioneering achievement in Norwegian mountaineering history.
Another view from yesterday, this time looking towards the marina. You’ll notice the lighthouse is partially underwater...just hope there is no flooding this spring!
Storm clouds were big and dark yesterday afternoon. A dairy farm in Washington was illuminated by the later afternoon sun.

“It was octarine, the colour of magic. It was alive and glowing and vibrant and it was the undisputed pigment of the imagination, because wherever it appeared it was a sign that mere matter was a servant of the powers of the magical mind. It was enchantment itself.
But Rincewind always thought it looked a sort of greenish-purple.”
― Terry Pratchett, The Color of Magic
A shot just after the sunset and it was worthy with this formation along with some cloud rushing towards the North. The sunset was fantastic and was able to deliver a lot to be defined. Rushing cloud stunning light everything was creating a fun on that evening.
The horizon folds under darkening skies. Waves strike the rocks with the patience of centuries, reminding land who endures.
Dark clouds were the hole day to see, at sunset the sky opened his curten for the beginning of the blue hour, to show the Glarner Alps
Lately I've been thinking about expanding my line of photo art, so have been working on more abstracts lately. I know many people like to see the starting point, so including this dramatic pic, which I think can stand alone, as the third pic un the sky trilogy. Always love to hear your thoughts, my friends~~

Poudre Lake rests beside Trail Ridge Road at Milner Pass, high in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain National Park. At about 3,280 m (10,758 ft) above sea level, Milner Pass lies directly on the Continental Divide.
The lake is one of the headwater areas of the Cache la Poudre River, which ultimately flows eastward toward the Great Plains.
The viewpoint and the stone wall visible on the left are characteristic of Trail Ridge Road, one of the highest continuous paved roads in the United States.
