Since I have not been able to get out with the camera at all in last few weeks and work schedule is non stop, I decided to do a review of all the photos I took over 2017 and see if there are a few I had missed.
Was surprised at how many photos I took and how many I had overlooked so for the next few weeks a few ones I found that I think are worthy of sharing on here. That and it is a lovely way to remind myself of all the places, seasons, wildlife, landscapes and people I have seen in the last year.
So here is a shot of the mountains in Glencoe on a Spring day in Scotland. The skies were overcast as the rain was rolling in over the distant mountains and fields.

Typhoon number 1 has been leaving Taiwan this afternoon. Taipei was not in its storm cycle and very little damaged caused here. Thanks Heaven!

A walk around the green fields of Lans, not far from where I live. On this late afternoon the light changed every second and threw spotlights on different shapes and objects, here it was the church of Lans I front of some dramatic sky over the Nordkette. You never now if you'll get soaked 10 minutes later.
We had a very nice dog walk today and the clouds over the sea were stunning.Had to work to get the lense at 24mm as there were plenty of trees and bushes in the way.

A lone figure walks along the shoreline as the sky erupts in sunset drama—orange, yellow, and purple layered like nature’s own mood board. Towering clouds loom on the horizon, casting shadows and light in equal measure. The ocean rolls in gently, like it’s trying not to interrupt the moment.
I stood back and watched the silhouette move across the sand, perfectly timed with the light show overhead. It felt choreographed, like the universe had scheduled a private screening and I just happened to bring a camera. The waves whispered, the clouds posed, and the walker? Unbothered, barefoot, and bathed in gold.
