When I picked the kids up from school the rumour was they were filming Dr Who in Victoria Park so we all ran down to have a look. I only had my little camera which doesnt have much of a zoom so no close ups. I managed to make out two different scenes be filmed. One where there was football being played and another where the Dr falls out of the Tardis. I also got to see the Tardis being set up and dismantled. The most exciting thing to happen in Canton for yonks!

This is the cake i made Wendy for her birthday. It's the TARDIS; red velvet cake with butter cream filling and blue fondant icing.

So much so, that in the early seventies he applied (unsuccessfully) to the BBC
seeking to take over the running of the official Doctor Who Fan Club.
Dalek cookies! The little white bits are sugar drops which I fogot to add until halfway through baking. How cool are these (once cooled for several minutes)?
