I saw this couple on Denman Street, near to Robson in Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada).

Not my finest work, but I wanted to share this micro Rock Monster. The main body is a no pattern mini Piraka head and the back is a pair of those guns that shoot studs. I don't have many parts in this color so I had to improvise.
As we entered the cloisters we saw a cat disappearing in the distance. Once inside the cathedral we met up with him again and discovered he's quite the celebrity. He belongs to someone within the minster yard but has free rein of the cathedral, being known to sleep on the altar and on this day we eventually found him curled up on the cushions of the choir stalls!!

A giant Dozer at a Tiny scale.

If you remember the beautiful, green landscape that showed the place up in the mountains where I did the wedding, then you would be familiar with this place. Just to the south of the ceremony location set this old dozer that obviously hasn't worked for a long time. The story I was told is after old Farmer Possum cut his farm out of the side of the mountain he then parked this old machine and it hasn't moved since the late 1950's But, it sure did a good job while working.
I sat watching this seal for about 30 minutes, he would very occasionally turn an eye toward me and then settle back to sleeping in the sun.
the Dungeness fishing fleet is beach launched, which means the fishing boats are kept on the shingle beach and launched by dragging them into the sea.
Bulldozers are used to pull the boats on and off the beach and also to flatten out the shingle beach preventing erosion. These bulldozers are kept permanently, uncovered, on the seashore which leaves them open to the salty elements resulting in a lot of rust...
After his dinner Fynn is dozing on the decking and enjoying the agreeable temperatures and the soft breeze of a summer evening. Life is good !
You've probably seen enough pictures of "Dozer" the Black throat monitor lizard (Varanus albigularis albigularis), but I kind of like the detail on his scales. Here, he has some unshed skin on his head. Before I got him, he was most likely kept in an improper enclosure, hence the scar tissue on his snout. Photo by Frank
No matter the weather or how deep the snow is, Dozer enthusiastically joins me for our daily hikes! It's terrific to see him patiently sitting by as I tend to my trail camera. With just a simple whistle, he's back by my side, ready to explore more together. Our adventures remind me of the joy and deep companionship that nature offers us every day. I cherish these moments, and I'm grateful for the bond we share!
