I thought this scene of a dude relaxing on green grass under these two trees was great but I couldn't capture it from the bus window.

Poor attempt to capture the landscape lighting at the resort at night

Found in Palo Camado Canyon in Los Angeles County, California. Plant was about 8" tall. Flower head was about 2" across.

Detail of a large sculpture of a crowd of people in front of the Doubletree hotel in Georgetown. Don't know the title of the work or the artist. Thought I could find it on-line but nothing is turning up. It's a rather nice piece of work to be hidden away in a largely overlooked nook.
