You wouldn't know it from the picture, but there were tons of people around. D went up a bit tentatively, but did go over. He did spent the rest of the night and next day saying, "I didn't like the slide. It was too scary. I don't have to go on a big slide again."

Beautiful beyond compare, this place sucked big time. It was prickling with pretense and way overpriced.
The food was mediocre, the service was overbearing and self-conscious, and we left with the feeling that we had been completely violated.
Just my humble opinion, of course.
This is where we played "our ship is bigger than your ship" with the Carnival Ecstasy. As it would turn out, a smaller ship would have fewer people...and thus...make it better.
We lose.
