They were 11 days old when I took this shot. Sadly one of them went back to Heaven a few days ago. The others seem to be healthy and they all have a hearty appetite!

I had to stitch this one together.

An enjoyable day on the undergrad sea level field trip. Somehow I ended up with a dog at one point - this is proof it didn't eat me!

Sorry Tasha, this had to beat the Extra Tuffs photo!

Dachshund (old fashioned). Dachshunds used to have longer legs. Bandit is the largest of our three dogs, he is about 40 lbs and a rescue from the state of Tennessee. We adopted him in August 2005. He is a total sweetheart and a very good dog.

As you can see, I'm having fun with the new camera. :)

My Tundra Winds dogs "holding in there" at the Samoyed National Specialty in Topeka, KS last week! The old guys won Veteran's classes and made me tear up with pride. Thanks, Lorrie and Anne for those wins. Skyrocket, Nikki and Icer are such wonderful, precious dogs! How I remember when I held you, newborn, in my hands, and watched your first breath, your first steps!!
