Thanks to Jim, his wonderful composites gave me the idea :o)

She was exhausted and not in the mood to take pictures. But she wasn't so tired that she couldn't stick out her little paw to touch me. Such a sweet heart this one has.

This was the first dock dogs competition I had the honour of seeing...had fun taking photos.

Challenged with getting these dogs in focus...especially since my camera has a VERY slow focus time. Found my best results with manual focus, and pre 'guessing' how far away I thought the dogs might be...lol.

Another shot of the gorgeous Tessa, our next door neighbours Long-haired Daschund.

Shela: 26th October 2001 to 19th June 2012

I had the great fortune not only to know Shela but to care for her in the last year of her life. Her beautiful face echoed her beautiful soul and you could not meet a more affectionate and loving soul. Anyone was a potential cuddle and she had an unerring knack of judging who would fall for her charms as she leaned on their legs and used her big cow eyes to elicit a stroke and a kind word. I will miss her more than I could ever imagine. Loved by all who knew her

Please see her here

Cute dogs! Looking for tips on improvement.

Kess in the pasture. Spring is going well this year... we've had some pretty steady and consistent rains all season. Thus, the grass is very tall in the pasture. The height isn't very evident in this photo, but when sister Pepper is working sheep, she really has to bounce up and down in order to see the sheep and for the sheep to see her. It's a little entertaining, but I'm sure frustrating for the dogs!

Simcha and Rex lazying in the shade after chasing sticks ~

Flat out tired !!!

Dogs are not just pets they are family

Or even Mary friggin' Poppins. It was actually a blimp. Or a hawk (they were both flying around).

He tagged along today with the camera and I.

This is how The Game works. Kess stalks Pepper, and Jade stalks Kess. Not pictured: Pepper pretending that she is NOT being stalked.

Chopwell Woods

on a filming location near Moscow

Thomas puffed into the station, you are late said the fat controller, poor Thomas, I am so sorry but there were cats on the line. Ollie is this a true story? of course its true, its here in black and white aint it?

I'm walk down the Denver 16th St. and at a corner I hear this loud music but it takes me a minute to realize what's going on cause I've seen this and heard the music before but didn't have my camera - not sure if my camera setting are good I'm taking this anyway - the light was red and I don't have time for adjustments - the black box at the end is the music plus the last trailer has a smaller dog - that makes 3 dogs. Love it.

I noticed I rarely have full body shots up of Champ, must be because I have to stand so far back because I usually use my 70-200 or 85mm. Here's a full body shot now of my beautiful golden boy,

Hard to see but he is having a wiz

Cooper was resting and Ruby walked up and flopped as close to him as she could get. Cooper is not the snuggly type so when his head came up, I thought he would move but luckily my camera was within reach.
