Roughly 1200 Jews live there, running Jewish schools, synagogues, and Kosher restaurants. Here, teachers administer exams at an all-girls school started by childhood friends Hanna Sabban and Alit Sabban. They currently occupy three different buildings (one is a residential garage), but they've just purchased a property that they'll turn into a new school for the girls.
