This is a photo of the food distribution centre that Human Appeal International setup in Somalia to help the people affected by the famine.
We distribute food parcels containing essential food items that are sourced locally to accommodate for custom and taste. Each parcel is designed to last a family for one month.

This lovely lady is a Stimsons Python Antaresia stimsoni. The Stimsons python is a relatively small python in comparison with other Australian python species.
The Stimsons natural distribution range would probably be the largest distribution range of any Australian python. Within this huge distribution range there are several recognized morphs. These morphs were probably the result of environmental differences e.g. habitat, prey and climate differences, over thousands of years.
Generally speaking the Stimsons python is well suited as a captive pet. The temperament of these pythons is quite placid and besides the odd exception they are normally amendable to handling.
This lovely lady Roxanne belongs to the neighbours across the road from my parents. Trev has had her for about 12 years now and in that time she has grown quite a bit!
Friends,these are the few photographs of Cloth distribution made on 24.08.2011 to the needy children of a village namely Mahabadia,Bhopal.The clothes which are donated by our generous donors are distributed from time to time by us to the underpriviledged children and women of various villages.We are making efforts to set up a cloth bank shortly.The Cloth Bank will colllect clothes regularly from the locals as well as from the people of other cities.
You may join this small effort of us by donating your used clothes specially of the children of any age group.If you are from out of Bhopal you may courier us the clothes.A courier of Rs.100-125 could contain many clothes.

Women Rewarded Solar Lights for Adult Literacy

Pakistan has one of the lowest literacy rates in the world. The general understanding of literacy in Pakistan is the ability to read and write and unluckily, millions of people in Pakistan are dispossessed of even this. The situation seems even worse when we look into the urban-rural divide. In rural Sindh, women are most deprived of education due to cultural customs which has created gender inequality and has deprived women to have a voice in the society. Through Adult Literacy Education, Primary Education project PEP is on to change that.
Female Adult Literacy program was initiated in 2016. At present PEP is running 26 Female Adult Literacy (FAL) Centers with 316 Female Adult Literacy members (Adult Students) in different areas of rural Sindh as follows,

There are 6 area officers and 1 WEP coordinator for the implementing and monitoring of the adult literacy program.
As a gesture of appreciation Pervaiz Lodhie President and founder LEDtronics Inc. offered a special gift of a Solar Powered LED Solar Light to the 316 student and 7 program officers.
Funding for the solar lights was provided by one of gentleman from USA. His name is not mentioned here on his advice.
First distribution ceremony was held on Thursday October 12, 2017 in Shaleemabad, Achaar Khaskeli & Shanti Nagar ALCs located in Tando Allahyar districts.
Lt. Gen (Retd.) Syed Perwaiz Shahid a renowned educationist was chief guest for the event.
Ms. Lillian Charles Program Manager PEP and other team members from PEP were present in the event.
During the ceremony 72 female students received solar lanterns. PEP will organize another event in Hyderabad for the distribution of remaining solar lights in November 2017.

All of the pipes that come in to this box are at exactly the same level. Six different pipes go out to six different 600-gallon settling tanks, buried underground and surrounded by rocks and gravel. The pipe at the bottom leads from the house (input).
(Yes, I realize there are nine pipes in the box. I don't know what's up with the other two... yet)
In the grand, mysterious ballet of the postal system, one of the most enduring and frustrating mysteries is the case of the missing mail. You've sent a letter, a check, or a highly anticipated package, and then... nothing. Silence. You check your mailbox, your porch, your neighbor's porch—just in case—and still, no sign. Is it a postal worker's error, a wrong turn in the delivery truck, or something far more sinister and hilarious? The answer, as it turns out, is probably a little of all the above.
One of the more plausible (and less exciting) reasons for a mail delay is the sheer pandemonium of the modern postal distribution center. Imagine a massive warehouse filled with conveyor belts, sorting machines that sound like angry robot bees, and a relentless tide of packages. Amidst this organized chaos, a single letter could easily get swept into the wrong bin, take an unscheduled vacation to a different zip code, or simply become one with the endless piles of junk mail. The poor postal worker, a tireless hero of the mail-verse, is just doing their best to keep up with the tsunami of correspondence and Amazon boxes.
But let's be honest, those mundane explanations are far less entertaining than the other possibilities. Perhaps your mail is a tiny, adventurous explorer that has decided to take an impromptu trip around the world. Your overdue bill is currently sipping a mojito on a beach in Bali, your birthday card from Aunt Mildred is admiring the Eiffel Tower, and that important document from the DMV is currently leading a conga line of other lost letters through the streets of Rio de Janeiro. They've decided to live a little, and who can blame them? They're tired of being just another piece of paper.
Then there’s the secret life of your mailbox. We often see it as a simple metal box, but what if it's a sentient being with a strong personality? It might be holding your mail hostage because it doesn't approve of your communication habits. "Oh, you want this electricity bill? Not until you write a handwritten letter to your grandmother, you monster," it silently judges. Or maybe it's a mail snob, only accepting correspondence of a certain caliber, and it has deemed your package of novelty socks unworthy of its hallowed interior. It’s a very discerning and judgmental box, and you should probably try to win it over with a thoughtful gift, like a new coat of paint.
Finally, we must consider the most absurd but strangely comforting reason for a missing letter: it's not missing at all. It's just a little late. Like a friend who promises to show up at 8 but waltzes in at 11, it's operating on its own unique time zone. It's on its way, taking its sweet time, and will arrive precisely when it means to—likely when you've completely forgotten about it and have already paid the bill online, canceled the subscription, or just moved on with your life. The postal system is not just a delivery service; it's a masterclass in delayed gratification and a hilarious lesson in letting go.

The children of the Evans County Storytime were treated to a "RIF" (Reading Is Fundamental) distribution during storytime. With Spring soon approaching books all about the changes in the the garden were given out. Each child interacted with finger puppets in the process of how a catterpillar becomes a butterfly. From the migration of the Monarch butterfly, hatching eggs, forming a cocoon, becoming a catterpillar and transforming into a Monarch butterfly. The last treat for the day was decorating their own butterfly and taking their treat home. Everyone had a wonderful time
