Today's image was taken this morning in the town of Warwick. The view is of the rear of the Church of St Nicholas. The current church was built in 1785 on the site of a much older medieval church. The church which was built in the Gothic Revival style, has close ties to Warwick Castle. The Earl of Warwick is a patron of the church.
The photo was taken using the Panorama feature of the standard iPhone camera app on my iPhone 6.
First I used the app Snapseed to edit the photo. I Cropped and Straightened the image and applied the Tonal Contrast preset. I decreased the Highlights and then boosted the Saturation, Contrast, Warmth and Ambiance. Next I used the app Mextures to apply the formula called Windansea by Justin Halbert. After this I used DistressedFX to add the Stirred overlay and the Ladd texture. Finally I used PhotoToaster to add the Tone preset, the Vibrant FX and the Medium Dark Vignette. I then applied the Old Paper texture and the Leather frame.

One of my favorite flowers, they come in many colors and shapes and continue to bloom throughout the season.
For Textural Tuesday. Edited with the DistressedFX app. HTT!
heavily edited - playing with a new app called distressedfx, fun but I can see myself getting bored- although I love that you can add a layer of birds
30/365 - Saw this bird sitting in the tree, this is a crop from a much larger shot. The branch and bird were edited in tangledfx to simplify their shape. The image then went through Snapseed and mextures for some added textures. Added the other birds in superimpose from a saved mask made from distressedfx.
Today's image was taken this morning out in the countryside near to the town of Kenilworth. The view is of a harvest scene. The Combine Harvester was stationary near to the end of the field just before finishing harvesting the wheat. Maybe the farmer was taking a break.
The photo was taken using the Camera app ExposerGL on my iPhone 6.
First I used the app Snapseed to edit the picture. I cropped and straightened the image and applied both the Tonal Contrast and HDR Scape presets. I also increased the structure and sharpness of the image. Next I used the app Mextures to apply the formula called Windansea by Justin Halbert. After this I used the app DistressedFX to add the Stirred overlay and the Vanilla texture. Finally I used PhotoToaster to add the Tuneup preset, the Cross Process FX and a Small Dark Vignette. I then added the Scratched Texture and the Leather frame.
For day 5 of the 5 Day b&w Challenge. (OK , I skipped a day but who's counting?! :) I really enjoyed participating. Thank you, Susan Allen for inviting me!
Also for Slider's Sunday, HSS!
On street in Boston. Taken with my iPhone 7plus and processed with Snapseed, Distressedfx and Enlight app.
iPhone Photography and Processing

Backstory:
The original self-portrait image was taken with my iPhone, attached to a tripod, as I sat in my hallway. I'm wearing my daughter's gardening hat. After processing it, initially, in a very minimal way, I posted it (you can find the image in my photostream) and let it rest for several days.
Upon returning to the image, it felt differently. My imagination began blending colors and birds, layers and textures, until landing here.
"What could be" her next dimension of rest and discovery is yet to reveal. We will see what the next few days will bring. xo

I was busy this morning.
The orchid is a birthday gift from my office mates
and the necklace is from from a coworker.
Sunday is winding down but the next three days
are mine. Have a good evening.💖
