I think this is a typical threat display. I was standing on the concrete retaining wall that the road runs across, & this guy came motoring over. It swam back & forth for a bit, then reached up & started chomping vigorously on the toe of my hiking boot. When that didn't produce much reaction (aside from me taking a step back), it tucked its head all the way down onto its neck & resumed cruising back & forth in front of me.
Here is a fun jewelry display made using tropical fruit as a backdrop. You can clearly see the Durian and Mangosteen in this photo.

this was my visual merchandising class project. I really had fun doing this project. it took me at least 72 hours to put together. if the mannequin had a head and a face it would have been perfect, but thats all I had to work with.
first I put up a tarp as the base of the background then i pasted blue plastic to make it look like water. The circles on the ceiling are supposed to look like the ripples on the surface of the water. the mannequin is being held up with a broken easel that i found in the sketching room :)
unfortunately this display will be taken down tomorrow. :( ....so i took hundreds of pictures.

This is a tabletop charging station we designed and built for Minotaur Mazes in Seattle. It is designed to display handheld GPS units and charges them when not in use. The curved lid closes and locks to keep the GPS units secure.
Megan's end of term ballet display today. The classes are usually shrouded in mystery, with the teacher not letting us even peek through the door. So it was lovely to see it all in action, and extremely cute watching all the little girls go through the exercises.

This is different than the normal display panels we get from Dave Mitchell.
All of our display panels are set up for FYA on the lefts, plus right turn overlaps, even if the intersection does not have these features on the day the cabinet is installed. Easier to deal with future retrofits. The FYA indication on the display panel actually flashes while the cabinet is running and the panel is on. A nice reminder when you are trying to remember why several load switches are completely dark, and the ped load switches are flashing the yellows
