I ran across this photo that was taken last September during my grandson, Lyndon's birthday party. I can't remember the conversation he was having with his daddy, but the look of their complete attention to one another caught my eye.
Photo taken with Konica Minolta D7D and Tamron 17-35 lens in Grazalema a small village close to the Sierra Grazalema mountains in Andalusia in Spain. Fantastic place to start your visit to these mountains. Check my other photos from that region.
The photo has been taken of course as a RAW picture then postprocessed in Adobe Lightroom.

Jerry Jacobson (standing) discusses a matter with a crew member of Ohio Central 4-8-4 No. 6325. Jacobson, who owned the Ohio Central System at the time, was responsible for the railroad's ownership of a fleet or steam locomotives. (Scanned from a slide)
This is a Crop of a pair of Tree Swallows on the power lines I walk under every day with my dogs. The lines are about 150 ft from my pond and there is a blue bird box a little closer by. The Tree Swallows win out over the bluebirds every year regarding the nesting box. I have counted as many as 50 swallows at one time on these lines. Earlier this summer, they would be on the wire as I walked under...then they would take off and fly all around us as we approached the blue bird box....getting as close as 10 feet away. I do not know if they are defending the box or showing off and saying Good Morning

"Things just seem to be getting worse. After helping Lt. Scot transport the body to the infimary and assisting in the cleaning of the airlock-after an intense investigation of the scene-I was barely able to get any sleep at all last night. What little I did get was filled with terrible nightmares. I am glad to see that Dr. Jones is feeling better and was able to preform the examinaton of the body. Her findings did not help matters, but only incrased this msytery. I listened to her report and am glad to hear that I am not alone in my tinking of what caused Pvt. Clements death.
As of yet, I will continue our journey to Praxxas-138. I will no cntact HQ either. I called a meetingof the crew nd we discussed the matters at hand. I played Dr. Jones report for everybody, and we came to a concordance: There was indee something aboard. Although lookin around the table, I can still see some suspicion in Lt. Scot's eyes. I believe he is still under the impresion that one of us gathered in the conference room is responisble for Clements death, but he did not vocalize any of these opinions.
We agreed. We were going topour over the manifest, see if something in the storage bay was carrying somthing that was not listed. We will then preform a fship wide search, top to bottom, every mainteance tube. If, after that, we have not found anything to help solve this mystery, then I will be forced to stop the ship andcontact HQ. I am hoping it will not come to that..."
