La chiesa primitiva fu costruita sullo scorcio del XV secolo dalla comunitĆ del castello di Panicale: sullāarchitrave del portale si legge la frase:

Accanto cāera un ospedale per la cura degli appestati.
La chiesa conserva al suo interno il famoso affresco del Martirio di San Sebastiano dipinto da Pietro Perugino (CittĆ della Pieve 1450 c.a.- Fontignano 1523), il maggiore pittore umbro del Rinascimento.

At first glance this looks like a typical show of windows, however the rippling reflections of the windows from the building on the side adds a completely different distorted dimension. Taken from the Barbican Estate in London
Totally old school measuring tape. This one is over 40 years old and belonged to my day. It is such a beautiful tool. Have no idea why was forgotten in my junk drawer. It will definitely become a piece of art in my household.

Is this a portal to another dimension , a split in the Universe , an example of the String Theory , just a lot of electricity in the air - and the list goes on !!
On the other hand it might just be a random point & shoot up into the sky !!
In June, 2019, Beth Rosengard had the privilege of attending a workshop in which she was able to photograph jazz dancers in a studio that was set up with strobe lighting and a white backdrop. In her words, "Each dancer would repeat a particular move several times, giving us a good chance of catching them at the peak of the action"

This is the second time she has graciously allowed me access to a number of her original shots from such an experience. Continuing on from the previous series, I am combining them with blank canvas art. This is my fourth in this series. For anyone interested, this album: Blart and Dancers has the rest of them.
The dancers are members of the Los Angeles-based group called JazzAntiqua Dance & Music Ensemble.

Today's story and sketch "by me" we are traveling again through time
and space into another dimension. And this one is a dooozy, Dimension
Z-1935 with so much going on it would take two days to explain why and
how the Flying Saucer above became stuck in Dimension Z-1935, so that
will have to be a story for another time.
Today in the short amount of time I have, and not cause what the "NYTTR"
NY Tale Tail Revue reported, that my stories could render my readers incapable of rational thought, and in some cases, (they said my readers became incontinent), So I will only explain how the Bonnie and Clyde wannabees, in the 1932 Ranch Wagon, and their Gangster buddy became
living tissue Voodoo's, trapped in Dimension Z-1935. Their tale began
today at the Dimension Two Moon Pie Shop on Route 66 in the little town of Broken Drum Indiana, which is owned by a Gypsy Voodoo Princess named Zooelda with no last name, she hasn't used a last name sense her 13th marriage, to Sammy Benwaa, he is the spirit pine tree you see talking to the three people Zooelda turned into living tissue voodoo's.
Sammy was turned into a Spirit tree and sent to Dimension Z-1935, a
long time ago. The Voodoo trio that just arrived were armature Moon Pie Shop Robbers, their curse began today when they drove up to the take
out window of the Dimension Two moon pie shop, and demanded a Dozen
Pecan Moon Pies, a specialty created by Zooelda, and all of the cash
in the register. Well the trio not realizing that Zooelda had three
things that really pissed her off, one was not tipping, number two
was attempting to hold up the Moon Pie Shop, the third which will all
be explained over and over to the trio for many years, is Zooelda's
unhappiness being married to the same man for more than a few weeks,
Sammy held the record of 4 weeks for sometime, but that is a story for another time, until then taa ta the Rod Blog
