Served at a cosy restaurant in the middle of London's China Town specializes in Taiwanese cooking and well worth a visit.
(And yes, the name of the restaurant really is 'Leong's Legends Continues...')

Dim sum at one of our favourite place, Casa Imperial Fine Cuisine. I usually grave for this stuff once every six monhts.
On the wooden table, a story is born,
among old books and dimmed lights,
the typewriter speaks, with its memory worn,
and every sound fills rooms out of sight.
Words etched on yellowed sheets,
tell of time that is not in vain,
between yesterday and today, memories meet,
an entire world in every refrain.

Delicious Pork Dim Sum. Picture taken at Triple Crown restaurant in China Town Chicago. We finally found a really good restaurant to replace the Won Kow Restaurant which closed in 2018.
