The lymphatic system is key to health and vitality, it is the built-in sanitation hub, the system of channels that filters out poisonous waste leftovers from each and every cell, tissue, and organ. It is our enemy exterminator; it fights off infections with white blood cells.

A total of 4-5 liters of lymph (equivalent to 1.5 gallons) flows in the body daily as it filters through the high concentration of white blood cells in this trash collector system, the Lymphatic system. This viscous (thicker than blood) fluid needs our support and active participation as it does not have a pump, like the heart. Feeling of facial puffiness, head congestion, stuffiness, dizziness, insomnia and swelling are a few of the signs of a sluggish lymphatic system.

Felix feeds the digester with the waste collected from the pilot system. The waste is then converted to biogas, energy and digestate.

* Seaweed

Sea vegetables help the body detox and eliminate excess fluid that can build up in tissues and slow the lymphatic system down.

* Citrus

Citrus fruits aid hydration, carry powerful antioxidants and enzymes, and help cleanse and protect the lymphatic system.

The gray wolf has very dense and fluffy winter fur, with short underfur and long, coarse guard hairs.

A well-fed wolf stores fat under the skin, around the heart, intestines, kidneys, and bone marrow, particularly during the autumn and winter.

Wolf (Canis lupus)

Gray wolves howl to assemble the pack (usually before and after hunts), to pass on an alarm (particularly at a den site), to locate each other during a storm or unfamiliar territory and to communicate across great distances.

Wolf howls can under certain conditions be heard over areas of up to 130 km2 (50 sq mi). Wolf howls are generally indistinguishable from those of large dogs. Male wolves give voice through an octave, passing to a deep bass with a stress on "O", while females produce a modulated nasal baritone with stress on "U".

Howling consists of a fundamental frequency which may lie between 150 and 780 Hz, and consists of up to 12 harmonically related overtones.

Brown bears typically dominate wolf packs in disputes over carcasses, while wolf packs mostly prevail against bears when defending their den sites. Both species kill each other's young.

Wolves eat the brown bears they kill, while brown bears seem to only eat young wolves.

The lymphatic system is part of the immune system where cleansing of blood, and the detoxification of our bodies takes place. A huge network of lymphatic vessels recycles blood plasma by removing fluid from the tissues, filtering it, and carrying it back into the bloodstream.

These are 10 foods to add into your diet to boost the lymphatic system:

* Water

May not be a food item, but essential to life. Drink plenty of clean, purified water. Water keeps the lymph fluid hydrated and flowing smoothly.

* Cranberry

Cranberry is an amazing emulsifier of fat which means it helps break down excess fat for the lymphatic vessels to carry away.

* Leafy greens

That green nutrient has powerful cleansing properties and beneficial effects on the blood and thus on lymph fluid as well.

* Nuts and seeds

The essential healthy fats found in seeds like chia, nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado, play a role in fighting inflammation. They also strengthen our inner organs walls.

* Adaptogenic herbs

Goldenseal, Echinacea, and Astragalus are three herbsthat help alleviate inflammation and congestion of the lymph nodes and vessels.

* Garlic

Garlic boosts immune function and combats harmful microbes. It improves circulation and aids in the cleansing of toxins. It boosts the function of your lymphatic system and contains antibacterial qualities.

Aurelia aurita (moon jelly, moon jellyfish, common jellyfish, saucer jelly) is one of a group of more than ten morphologically nearly identical jellyfish species in the genus Aurelia.[1] In general, it is nearly impossible to identify Aurelia medusae without genetic sampling, so most of what follows about Aurelia aurita, could equally be applied to any species of the genus. The medusa is rompe translucent, usually about 25–40 cm in diameter, and can be recognized by its four horseshoe-shaped gonads that are easily seen through the top of the bell. It feeds by collecting medusae, plankton and mollusks with its mucusy bell nematocyst-laden tentacles and bringing the prey into its body for digestion, but is capable of only limited motion; like other jellies it primarily drifts with the current, even when it is swimming.

Genus Aurelia is found throughout most of the world's oceans, from the tropics to as far north as latitude 70°N and as far south as 40°S. The species Aurelia aurita, whose distribution has been confirmed by Michael Dawson using genetic analysis, is found along the eastern Atlantic coast of Northern Europe and the western Atlantic coast of North America in New England and Eastern Canada. In general, Aurelia is an inshore genus that can be found in estuaries and harbors. It lives in ocean water temperatures ranging from 6 °C to 31 °C; with optimum temperatures of 9 °C to 19 °C. A. aurita prefers temperate seas with consistent currents. It has been found in waters with salinity as low as 6 parts per thousand.

A. aurita and other Aurelia species feed on plankton that includes organisms such as mollusks, crustaceans, tunicate larvae, rotifers, young polychaetes, protozoans, diatoms, eggs, fish eggs, and other small organisms. Occasionally, they are also seen feeding on gelatinous zooplankton such as hydromedusae and ctenophores.[5] Both the adult medusae and larvae of Aurelia have nematocysts to capture prey and also to protect themselves from predators. The food is tied with mucus, and then it is passed down by ciliated action down into the gastrovascular cavity where digestive enzymes from serous cell break down the food. There is little known about the requirements for particular vitamins and minerals, but due to the presence of some digestive enzymes, we can deduce in general that A. aurita can process carbohydrates, proteins and lipids.

Facts about Colon Cancer..!!!

The colon and the rectum are the portions of the digestion tube that extends from the mouth to the anus. Food enters the mouth where it’s chewed and then swallowed. It then travels through the esophagus and into the stomach. The food is then made into smaller particles after which enters the small intestine where the digestion of food and absorption of the vitamins contained in the food occurs. The food that is not digested and absorbed enters the big gut called the colon and finally the rectum.

The remaining undigested food, dead cells from the lining of the intestines, and large numbers of bacteria remains inside the colon, chances of malignancy become high with some facts in this particular area.

Here are a few reasons for the occurrence of Colon Cancer that you ought to know:

1.A malignant tumor might spring up from the inner wall of the colon or rectum.

2.A polyp might occur expanding the cause.

3.Colon polyps may additionally not have any early signs or symptoms.

4.Diagnosis is done by sigmoidoscopy or via colonoscopy with biopsy for confirmation.

5.Surgery is a common clinical remedy for colorectal cancers.

6.A family history of colon cancers, colon polyps, and long-remaining ulcerative colitis can be a reason.

7.Chemotherapy can extend existence and enhance high-quality of existence.
