Anaerobic digestion (AD) is fermentation that takes place in the absence of oxygen. Organic material (i.e. plant or animal matter) is broken down and converted into biogas which can be burnt to produce electricity and heat, or as transport fuel.

AD has multiple benefits including renewable energy generation, efficient waste management, and organic fertiliser production.

Research at Bath focuses on assessing the environmental cost benefits of AD on a ‘whole system’ basis. The research is important as there is a pressing need to reduce emissions, increase renewable UK energy supply, and develop rural economies.

Research findings are used by UK policy makers to evaluate the benefits of AD and provide appropriate support mechanisms to promote uptake.

AD has the potential to: reduce greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture; reduce fossil fuel dependency; diversify farm businesses; and improve soil.

Bath-based research is focused on analysing the costs and benefits to the environment.

The best way to sterilize milk bottles

Do you need to sterilize baby bottles? It is recommended to immediately wash the milk bottles that have been used and do not wait for the milk to dry.

Remove any parts of the bottle, such as pacifiers and lids. Wash as usual under running water with soap until clean from the rest of the milk. Better to use warm water and clean bottle brush.

Three main ways you can choose to sterilize milk bottles

Sterilization using electric sterile machine

When can i stop sterilizing baby bottles? if you use sterilization mechine. This method only takes about 8-12 minutes. If the bottle is stored in a sealed container, the sterilization results can last up to about 6 hours.

Place these bottles face down to keep them completely sterile. Most of these sterilization machines can sterilize six bottles at once, plus places for other components such as pacifiers. But make sure you do not include unsafe sterilized equipment such as pumps. Disadvantages of this way is sometimes we do not have electricity only

Sterilize milk bottles with microwave

Beviamo troppo, fumiamo troppo,

spendiamo senza ritegno, ridiamo troppo poco,

guidiamo troppo veloci, ci arrabbiamo troppo,

facciamo le ore piccole, ci alziamo stanchi,

vediamo troppa TV, e preghiamo di rado.

Abbiamo moltiplicato le nostre proprietà,

ma ridotto i nostri valori.

Parliamo troppo, amiamo troppo poco

e odiamo troppo spesso.

grandi uomini e piccoli caratteri, ricchi profitti e povere

relazioni.

e niente in magazzino.

Dedica tempo all'amore, dedica tempo alla conversazione, e

The lymphatic system is part of the immune system where cleansing of blood, and the detoxification of our bodies takes place. A huge network of lymphatic vessels recycles blood plasma by removing fluid from the tissues, filtering it, and carrying it back into the bloodstream.

These are 10 foods to add into your diet to boost the lymphatic system:

* Water

May not be a food item, but essential to life. Drink plenty of clean, purified water. Water keeps the lymph fluid hydrated and flowing smoothly.

* Cranberry

Cranberry is an amazing emulsifier of fat which means it helps break down excess fat for the lymphatic vessels to carry away.

* Leafy greens

That green nutrient has powerful cleansing properties and beneficial effects on the blood and thus on lymph fluid as well.

* Nuts and seeds

The essential healthy fats found in seeds like chia, nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado, play a role in fighting inflammation. They also strengthen our inner organs walls.

* Adaptogenic herbs

Goldenseal, Echinacea, and Astragalus are three herbs that help alleviate inflammation and congestion of the lymph nodes and vessels.

* Garlic

Garlic boosts immune function and combats harmful microbes. It improves circulation and aids in the cleansing of toxins. It boosts the function of your lymphatic system and contains antibacterial qualities.

* Ginger / Turmeric

Both have beneficial effects on digestion and circulation; two systems that are tied directly to the processes of the lymphatic system. Also they help reduce inflammation, thin blood and improve circulation.

* Seaweed

Sea vegetables help the body detox and eliminate excess fluid that can build up in tissues and slow the lymphatic system down.

* Citrus

Citrus fruits aid hydration, carry powerful antioxidants and enzymes, and help cleanse and protect the lymphatic system.
