Elizabeth Public Schools team members participated in professional development training sessions at various sites throughout the district on January 23, with the topics of the sessions ranging from “Teaching Numeracy to Young Children:A Responsive and Differentiated Approach” to “Using Data to Drive Instruction”. Professional development sessions provide team members with the opportunity to learn alongside their colleagues as they further develop their skills and knowledge to provide Elizabeth Public Schools students with an innovative and personalized learning environment that ensures every child achieves excellence.

Day 2 of LDC. Participants learned teamwork and trust while having fun working together, learning a dance routine, stacking plastic cups, and hitting beach balls back and forth as they progressed across a field. They learned about the blood donation process and created posters illustrating the need for blood and its importance. They learned to assemble sleeping cots that are used in Red Cross shelters and how to put them away.

With the revival of Astonhill Mountainbike area, I went to check out the new black run, to much carnage to get photos there so I stayed safe. Black run is back to it's former glory and my blown shock speaks for itself.

This was one of the last images I had created in the darkroom before my final prints. Most of the glassware had been taken from the science department, with the netting underneath the glass being from fruit packaging.
