Yes! Screwed up my first self-develop job! I forgot to preform the final 5 min. rinse, thus leaving my negatives coated in clearing chems. I will certainly lose the negatives in time, but at least they will not fade on Flickr.

A few months ago I lost the inner core from my Paterson 3 reel tank which is essential kit when using the MOD45 insert, what I did here was cut a small piece of metal tubing to fill in the wee gap from a 2 reel insert.
Since there's still potential for a light leak I decided to develop in a darkened room hence, 5x4 in a bucket.

Ukrainian IT specialist Anna Krys and her team have developed PROVIDNYK, an interactive map to help people with limited mobility to live fuller and more active lives. The innovation was recognised with an award from the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility (eapcivilsociety.eu/).
The current mobility solutions in Ukraine exclude people with limited mobility from society and political processes. According to Anna, 90% of ramps are installed incorrectly; Ukrainian public transport is not designed for people with limited mobility and some businesses are designing and constructing seemingly inclusive sites for their own sake without realising the possible risks of injury.
Frustrated with existing obstacles to mobility, she decided to change things: "I wanted to create a map that would not only mark accessible and inclusive infrastructure but also consolidate society so that all people could engage with the map," she explained.
More about the application and how Anna not only developed her idea, but also won the EU award among other 30 projects can be found here: www.euneighbours.eu/en/east/eu-in-action/stories/ukrainia...

I tried my hand at devloping film today. This was Ilford HP5+, developed in Ilford Ilfosol 3 for 11 minutes. (I also used Ilford Stop and Rapid Fixer). The negatives look a bit light, which means the roll is probably underexposed. Ilfosol 3 is meant for slower films. It's definitely not meant for pushing a film 2 stops. I'll have to wait for scans to see how my first roll of B&W turns out.

The 16mm cine film Developing Tank appears unused
or if used has been cleaned meticulously.
The ORIGINAL box shows some signs of wear.
The Developing Tank is from Leningrad, Russian / USSR. It has a certificate.
It dates 18 VIII 1964. (That's 18th of August 1964)
The rubber pipes are in really good condition and not porous or brittle at all.
Quite amazing for this age. The Tank itself is almost scratch free, shining
and just looks fantastic. I do not know how to use it. And I am only selling
as I have course fees to pay, so it is a reluctant sale of an object I adore.
If you are interested in the Developing Tank then please see the
collection of youtube videos I made showing it from all angles
www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL000C1C02C698EBC3
(at the moment I have 8 or so individual short clips of the developing tank,
arranged in a playlist, please check through them on you tube)
You should be able to see how good it looks. I can re-film any aspect of it
if you are interested, so please just get in touch, with questions and suggestions.
I am uploading the youtube videos at the moment, so they may take an hour or
so before they link up correctly.
I hope you will love this item as I did.
check this page it lists lots of tanks for sale in the US and UK, mine is the cheapest: www.super8camera.com/netsearch.php?zoekterm=developing+ta...
The Army needs leader development programs to meet the demands of the new modernization requirements while keeping the acquisition workforce motivated and thinking outside of the
box. One such program—Inspiring and Developing Excellence in Acquisition Leaders (IDEAL)— develops skills that facilitate effective communication. A developing Supercell across far Northeast Wisconsin on July 1 2017. Only isolated storms were expected, but this beast began to develop along an old outflow boundary from a storm early in the afternoon. Aiding in the development was a lake breeze boundary. The updraft was so explosive.
