Paris Fashion Week Couture SS24 - Dior - Deva Cassel

Finally I managed to snag a deva a couple of weeks ago and its just today that i had the time to get familiar with her, tested for different paints behave on the skin and its so different from the other resins ive tried, so for now, this will be her temporary face.

Pharatee is wearing an antique finished molded bustier specially made for her. :P

FROM LION COLLECTION WIG MADE FOR DEVA DOLL SIZE (PHARATEE, ELPHAS MALAIKA)

Textured urbexing images from Deva Asylum for my first college project.

I was fortunate enough to be given an old deva by Miss Melanie Parker a couple of weeks back and i thought i could use it as a fitter for my couture. She told me that the doll was dyed and painted. When it finally arrived, i couldnt help but to take this chance to salvage the doll from it's state and my first time to handle resin. so i tried to clean every part up until all paint and ye were gone, sanded it again and to find out most of the doll's resin is almost stained deeply. This is a challenge i thought.

I never gave up on the idea of giving this doll a second lease at her glamourous existence, so i went on a very ambitious project to do japanese style tattoos wherever there is a stain... then i arrived to this look... the birth of Hana (Japanese Female Name for flower and favorite)

btw, forgive my face up, not perfect, resin is still new to me... and its also the first time i did a full on wog ever. so fingers crossed. hehe...

The Deva people, children of the Goddess of Light and Creation, have blond or blue hair. Or why not a mix of both? ^.^

Sincronismo

Descubro tras la mascara

la sincronía perfecta de la vida

La sinrazón se vuelve motivo

El desaliento, empuje

Los tramos, ocasión

Cada pieza cae en su lugar

Indago, pregunto, aprendo

Descubro el poder en mí

alineándome con la creación

Cuantifico las posibilidades

Arribo al hecho

“a imagen y semejanza”

Will photos like this one taken in Death Valley National Park become illegal in the near future? The proposed Orphan Works bills to effectively remove copyright protection from your photography are being expanded to include bans on public photography.

UK Gov nationalises orphans and bans non-consensual photography in public

www.copyrightaction.com/forum/uk-gov-nationalises-orphans...

A similar bill resurfaces every year in Washington D.C. as well.

Or will photographs revealing any activity of the U.S. government get you interrogated and held indefinitely as "belligerent"?

Are You Scheduled For Government Interrogation If Senate bill 3081 Is Passed?

www.indybay.org/newsitems/2010/03/17/18641553.php

This new bill to legalize detaining people indefinitely without trial now goes far beyond "enemy combatants" and is being written to include "enemy belligerents" anyone suspected as being potentially "belligerent" to the regime.

How about protesters exercising their (former) right to peaceably assemble, or people who are tested (entering a public event or building for example) using the new FAST system and determined to have anti-government thoughts?

www.prisonplanet.com/dissenters-to-be-detained-as-enemy-b...

Now that our email and phone conversations are being monitored without warrants, could you say something critical of the government that might be taken out of context, triggering your interrogation and asset forfeiture? Remember, the whole point of this law is to make it legal to detain you with suspicion and completely skip the process of confirming that you pose any real threat.

Of course it's all for our protection. Nothing bad could ever come of it here in our country. No doubt that's what the average residents of Germany thought when Hitler’s eerily similar Discriminatory Decrees were signed February 28, 1933:
