According to the artist Olafur Eliasson, the sculpture „Umschreibung“ is supposed to create movement without destination, a space defined by motion rather than walls.
I know. I have shot this truck many times over and posted it. But who can resist?

"Lantern of Myself"
In pages deep, I find my face,
A younger shade, a fleeting trace.
With lantern lit, I walk the line,
Through shadows cast by thoughts of mine.
The ink remembers, whispers, calls,
Through endless rooms and fragile walls.
In every word, a spark, a gleam —
I chase myself inside the dream.
In Neverending, stories are not just told… they are alive.
And if you wander far enough, past the pages and into the quiet glow,
you may meet someone unexpected —
the younger self of the artist who shaped these worlds.
But you will only see him…
if you believe.
If you dare to look with the eyes you once had.

I found this old car in a paddock just out of Gordon in the north of South Australia. Gordon is between Quorn and Hawker.
3 Exposure RAW HDR.
Hoping to get the Phantastical Phantasm Cart Sale + Hunt in the destination guide.
October 1st to October 31.
I spotted this while we were working up at Bon Bon Station yesterday. Bon Bon Station is in the north of South Australia and has now been bought by the Bush Heritage Board. There are some very rare Hornbill Birds up there that they are trying to save as well as some rare vegetation. It is a late 20's Whippet Touring Car.
Ships in the small harbour in Ustka :)
Ustka is a town in the Middle Pomerania region of northwestern Poland. The first settlers arrived at Ustka as early as the 9th century, and established a fishing settlement with the original name of Ujść. The area at the mouth of the river Słupia was ceded to the town of Słupsk in 1337 with the purpose of building a fishing harbour and a commercial port there to the Baltic Sea. The town was given to Brandenburg-Prussia as part of the Duchy of Pomerania after the Treaty of Westphalia in 1648. On August 1, 1945, the city became part of Poland with the agreement at the Potsdam Conference.
Ustka is a popular tourist destination and a fishing port on the south coasts of the Baltic. For a number of years, following the political changes in Poland, the town has won a string of local awards for the best summer place in the country. The most important monuments in the town: a lighthouse built in 1892, Main Post Office from 1875 and church from 1882.

6M23, DRS’ 1217 Hunterston – Sellafield flask train crosses the River Ehen on its approach to Sellafield on 13 April 2021, headed by 68005 “Defiant” and 88002 “Prometheus”.
With several inches of fresh snow and frigid temps that assured it wouldn't melt I headed west after work for a couple trains at one of my favorite spots that offers up perfect morning light.
CSXT train I022 (hot Syracuse to Worcester long pool intermodal) with 2748 tons and 4443 ft of train trailing two big Gevos up front makes effortless work of the 1% grade up Charlton Hill as they sail thru the interlocking at CP60 on modern day CSXT's Boston Sub mainline, the once and forever Boston and Albany Railroad. The train's destination is only fifteen miles away after making a fast early morning run along the Mohawk River, across the Hudson and up over the Berkshires on the the old Vanderbilt road.
