My current desktop configuration with several scripts for geektool.

This is where i spend most of my free time, i set up a three monitor layout with 24" screens which lets me keep open apps on my desktop without other apps running on top of them.

I have the following apps open at all times: Winamp, CD Art display, remote desktop to Linux File Server, Yahoo! Widgets, Digsby, Avedesk, my list of games and my music album explorer.

With all of these open i still have the center screen free for browsing, coding or watching movies.

Whenever i feel like gaming, i have set up a lot of my games to use all 3 screens simultaneously by using SoftTH, i would encourage anyone with more than one screen to give it a try, its a free app.

I also like to unwind by listing to music with my E-MU 0404 pre-amp which can be seen on the right. I have this unit connected to my computer using coaxial digital cable and the free app Asio4All to transport sound directly to it.

I also keep my iPhone below the screen displaying the current weather.

Nothing special but just for fun. We were celebrating Chinese New Year and I played Superman Batman Public Enemies to them on the computer. The kids seemed to like the desktop trippy colours.

Bueno este es mi escritorio. Funciona bajo Gnome en Ubuntu, el theme es Moomex-Theme [http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/moomex-theme?content=57063] con su respectiva tipografía e iconos originales de Gnome. Esta activado Compiz por lo cual es un placer arrastrar ventanas y dar vueltas por los escritorios virtuales.

Update: So this doesn't look like just a wallpaper I have added some of my windows to show transparency. Also started to use Enigma. I like to keep it very minimal and I think that this shows a very nice clean slick look.

Nein, kein Windows auf dem N810. Das Teil kann per Remote Desktop auf Windows XP und Windows Server connecten :-)

Sehr cool, inzwischen ersetzt mir das Teil nahezu komplett den PC.

i was trying to tether my dads blackberry to my laptop to get internet access anywhere, but i had to switch sim cards with him since i have... cheap $5 tzone internet (didnt work)

and then i realized wtf am i doing and was like.. well obviously i only have virtual workspace vs. no real physical workspace

p.s. - yes someone shot the desktop lcd, it was my mouse, it was being bad
