Vida Rica is MO Macau's signature restaurant with an adjoining bar, both offering the most beautiful views of Macau. Tokyo's Design Studio SPIN is responsible for the restaurants design and kudos to them, they all look spectacular and equally glamorous. The Vida Rica Bar is particularly breathtaking with its soaring columns and double height ceiling. While the food is just ordinary, I can't help but being mesmerized by the decor and atmosphere.

Each of the Mandarin Deluxe Room has a flexible open plan design, with bedroom interconnected with the bathroom and living room through series of sliding doors. The 64 m2 room appears larger because of this arrangement. Pictured here is the bedroom area with its own 42 inch LCD TV and another DVD player.

Four spot colour letterpress using wood type printed on the Chandler and Price press at Designworks.

The 'here and now' forms part of a series of six letterpress pieces I will be producing to be compiled into a small fold out book (wiro bound). This piece represents three constants in my life at present, drinking tea, trying to keep healthy and a song by the Drones which is on high rotation on my playlist at the moment "Henry Ford"

Bike for sale, Item number 252962554026 on eBay.co.uk

KTM Touring Screen - makes a huge difference to comfort.

KTM 4 stage heated grips.

KTM Evo1 air box lid.

KTM Evo1 engine map.

KTM foam air filter.

KTM rally foot pegs (lower than the standard pegs and better comfort and grip).

Rally Raid Products Evo1 auxiliary fuel tanks (10 litres) giving the bike approximately 330 miles range - sadly these are no longer made, they were superseded by the less robust Evo2 (that I think may also now be out of production). Leaving little choice if you want a touring 690.

Rally Raid Products Billet clutch lever (shorter than the oem for really easy 1 or 2 finger clutch control and no crushing your third finger like the oem - also allows you to have a much better grip of the bars).

Rally Raid Products Billet rear brake pedal.

Rally Raid Products top and bottom tank bolts (an essential upgrade)

Rally Raid Products manual cam chain tensioner.

Rally Raid Products fuel injector screw set.

Rally Raid Products uprated suspension pivot pin.

Rally Raid Products side stand foot.

Seat Concepts seat (all day comfort, I’ve done 500 miles a day rides and felt no discomfort - compare that to the oem seat of 1 hour before you start to suffer).

Bark Busters Storm hand guards. The oem are plastic only!

CA Cycleworks fuel pump. Provides peace of mind over the oem pump which has unreliability issues.

Mosfet regulator/rectifier - essential upgrade of the unreliable oem r/r that can leave you stranded.

Adventure-Spec case savers.

88DegC fan thermostat switch.

Continental Ultra Heavy Duty (UHD) inner tubes - never have a pinch flat again and very easy to work with when changing tyres.

Oberon Clutch Slave - smoother than the oem which can get sticky and even damage the barrel.

Iron Man 15/45 sprockets with about 1500 miles on them also, DID VX2 520 Gold chain changed at the same time.

TM Designworks chain slider - much easier maintenance than the oem - no need to break the chain.

Lithium Ion battery - significant weight saving over oem and never had an issue with it. I’ll always fit them to future bikes.

KTM Powerparts Alloy slip on silencer 765.05.099.100

Over a kilogram less weight and less heat than the thermonuclear oem can.

Golan mini fuel filter (with a spare filter element)

I’ve mounted this out side the tank and positioned it so there is no need to remove the air box. Very easy maintenance - just unscrew the body and clean the element and refit (it’s stainless steel 10 micron).

GPS bracket

Brand new rear Pirelli MT90.

2 keys

KTM satchel bag

KTM tool kit (minus the crappy KTM screw driver)

Owners manual

History and bills

Rally Raid tank fitting instructions, tank bolt instruction, brake lever instruction, heated grips instructions TM Designworks instructions,

Pillion pegs

OEM can

Plastics and fixings to return the bike to standard.

KTM Workshop Repair Manual (I can email this to the buyer plus lots of other useful stuff).

My wife surprised me with a wonderful gift by getting me one of the super-cool camera straps that I've been eyeing up. All hand-made, rock-star quality leather strap with a "Speed Racer" style orange band sewn in. I'm not worthy... yet. Shot on Christmas day just after opening it, single speedlte bounced off the ceiling.

We’re back on campus for the 25th Anniversary of the MCAD Art Sale—one of the most beloved destinations for affordable, appreciable artwork by emerging artists who are creating not only what’s new, but what’s next.

Celebrating MCAD students, alumni, and the wider college community, the Art Sale is a tradition that has generated more than $3 million for emerging artists. This year, in honor of the 25th Anniversary, the sale will feature expanded participation by alumni from the last 25 years along with current students and recent graduates.

As always, the MCAD Art Sale is your chance to buy one-of-a-kind creations. Thousands of original artworks will be available in a diverse range of mediums—including paintings, prints, photographs, sculpture, furniture, clothing, jewelry, accessories, and more. Following a commitment to supporting students and alumni, 80% of all sales go directly to the artist.

Every once in a while you are lucky enough to find a way cool client, or they find you!!!
