I hope the audience can feel apart of the wintery day full of snow.

I noticed this set of blue handled valves on the back of the war memorial at Lincoln Hall on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus. Unfortunately the memorial had not been kept up for many years apparently and the pipes all appeared to be rusty and at some places disconnected.

Week 4 Technical Tip: The Sweet Spot, Aperture (Depth of Field)

This is a great example of shallow depth of field since it brings focus in on the color and detail of the lemon plant. F/4 at 1/280. The plant was very close to me. I liked how the spider web on the right is clearly focused.
