This is a replication of the 6th picture on the maximum depth of field. I struggled with the light of the day and changed my fstop and shutter speed to account for it. I stood back at an angle and then changed the picture to black and white, adjusting it as needed.

i guess this my first DOF shot....

low light; middle lens setting; background object about 2-3 feet from subject; tree trunk to the right of wine bottle is only about 3 inches to the right, and about 1-2 inches forward from the bottle

stuck in bed with a cold, feeling sorry for myself. work still needed doing though, so here i am, reviewing notes...
