*Utilizando la misma iluminación y color de fondo, no pude obtener en si el mismo color en ambas fotografias Ya aplicada la tecnica de yuxtapocisión, pero el color quedo muy similar.

*conformada por 2 fotografias de elementos totalmente diferente en significado pero juntos conforman un helado de sabores; trabajando las formas y figuras de los elementos este fue el resultado.

The restaurant owner sent out a free appetizer for my husband & I to nibble on while we were waiting for our dinners.
these were supposed to be cinnamon, cranberry & oatmeal scones, but they turned out more like cinnamon, cranberry & oatmeal biscuits that go really nicely with butter & jam.
i don't have any shape cutters so just used a glass that, in hindsight, was way too big. plus i didn't roll the dough even close to thick enough. they're also crunchier than any scone i've ever eaten. but they still taste good, & that's all that really matters in the end.
Son # 2 gave his Mother a new Waffle Iron for Christmas. This morning we sampled the results from the new Waffle Iron. Great results and waffles made with buttermilk are the greatest.

And also their price is reasonable.
My favorite Hungarian restaurant in Warsaw, Budapest in Saska Kępa. The food is marvelous, the people are friendly and relaxed, and the prices are - friendly, too. Pepper, bread and water, only for 4.7 GBP, or 6 Euro.

Seasoned burger with fresh goat cheese, watercress, and meyer lemon honey mustard on a toasted sesame bun.
Finally had a chance to check out a new burger joint in DC (Bobby's Burger Palace) by Food Network Star Bobby Flay. This dish is called the Napa Valley Burger and I must say, it's one of the best burgers I've ever had.
I took my step-daughter-in-kaw for lunch today. Lamb Vindaloo, Saag Aloo, garlic naan, and rice. All delicious!
