Next time I don't have to put ALL THE THINGS in my salad. Also, I now tend to stay away from mushy things. I have an issue with how things feel in my mouth so I like my cukes and maters to have a crunch. Since I make the salads in advance, these items tend to lose their crunch which makes me a sad panda.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast of eggs, Italian parsley, cheese, grilled potatoes, spring onions and ham. Oranges wedges and juice to top it off.

These four photos were taken at The Library, Vicolo Della Cancelleria &, Roma, Italia.
The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very romantic. the selections of wine..superb. My wife and I had been here the year before but were a little cash shy and they didn't take credit cards. This year (2008) we went back with cash and were also delighted to find that Visa was now accepted.

The fruit is called in Thai "Thap tim" which means ruby or pomegranates in English.
Sweet and sour is the taste and the beauty belongs to each seed.
To see and buy fresh fruit just harvested from the land along roadside of highway is charming for people living in big city who sometimes forget the sweetness of real fresh fruit

After I post this photo I just find this fruit soold in the street stall near my office..to celbrate vegeterian festival this week and its Spanish variety but grow in Vietnam impoorted to sell in Thailand : ) The color is more red

Science has kept me busy, so despite taking this photo during delicious week I'm only just getting around to loading it up, sorry.
Perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but my perfect breakfast of a chia pudding with some wonderufl summer fruit. Maybe I'll make a matcha variant to add another pop of colour for my retake!
