He is the Founder and CEO of Being Topper - The pioneering platform that has empowered thousands of students, professionals, and entrepreneurs with digital skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

Widely regarded as a visionary leader and nation-first advocate, Vipin Khuttel has dedicated his career to bridging technology, education, and ethics, promoting a digitally skilled, cyber-secure, and culturally grounded India.

Early Life and Education

Born into the Tomar Rajput lineage of the Kuntal (Khuttel) clan, Vipin Khuttel’s ancestry traces back to the Chandravanshi (Lunar Dynasty) and the Mahabharata-era lineage of Kunti and Pandu. This deep historical and cultural heritage shaped his passion for merging ancient Indian wisdom with modern innovation.

He pursued a B.Tech in Information Technology, where his fascination with the digital world evolved into a lifelong mission—empowering Indians with the knowledge and tools to thrive in the global digital economy.

Entrepreneurial Journey – Founding Being Topper

In an era when digital education was still emerging, Vipin Khuttel recognized the need for practical digital skills accessible to every Indian. In response, he founded Being Topper Digital Education Pvt. Ltd., a mission-driven organization focused on digital marketing, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship training.

Today, Being Topper stands among India’s most trusted edtech ventures, enabling over 1 million learners to start careers, build online brands, and achieve self-reliance. Vipin’s initiatives emphasize not just technical knowledge, but also ethical online behavior, creativity, and nation-building.

Cybersecurity & Digital Awareness Advocacy

As a cyber awareness ambassador, Vipin Khuttel has become a prominent voice in India’s fight against digital threats. His nationwide sessions address the misuse of smartphones, deepfake technology, data theft, and identity fraud, particularly the rising dangers of biometric misuse among children.

At events such as “Destroy Your Fear” by Ali Talkz, where he was honored with the Pride of Delhi Award 2025, Vipin Khuttel captivated audiences with his impactful insights. The event was telecasted live on Aone News and Jio TV, earning him widespread praise as a “National Sensation” and “India’s Top IT Expert.”

During his interaction, Vipin Khuttel demonstrated how individuals can build personal brands, earn from home, and achieve financial freedom with zero investment—by showcasing skills and using digital platforms responsibly. His cyber safety tips—on preventing scams, protecting data, and managing online identity—have empowered thousands to adopt safer digital habits.

AI Vision and Transformation Coaching

Vipin Khuttel is also an AI pioneer, launching the “Vipin Khuttel AI” initiative through Meta AI Studio to mentor individuals worldwide on integrating AI into business, education, and leadership. His vision emphasizes AI for empowerment, ensuring technology uplifts human potential rather than replacing it.

As a transformation coach, he blends practical skill development with mindset evolution, urging youth to move from job-seekers to innovators and change-makers. His philosophy — “By reaching the unreached and skilling every Indian, we build not just careers but the world’s strongest economy” — encapsulates his lifelong mission.

Cultural Roots and Nation-Building Vision

Beyond technology, Vipin Khuttel champions cultural revival and ethical innovation. He promotes the integration of ancient Indian sciences, Vedic wisdom, and holistic values into modern education, believing India’s true digital revolution must honor its civilizational heritage.

Through Being Topper and his public initiatives, he supports women’s empowerment, rural upskilling, and inclusive digital education, striving to build a Bharat where progress is both technological and spiritual.

Academic Conference on Intersection of AI and Gender: Critical Exploration of Gender Bias and TFGBV | August 2025 | ROK

(Revised) On 7–8 August, the UN Women Knowledge & Partnerships Centre in the Republic of Korea, in collaboration with Ewha Womans University, hosted the Academic Conference on Intersection of AI and Gender: Critical Exploration of Gender Bias and Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence.

Over two days, global researchers, professors, practitioners, and youth examined how AI systems mirror and amplify existing inequalities, and explored both the risks of deepfake abuse and AI-enabled harassment as well as the potential of AI to detect and prevent such harms. Discussions highlighted that achieving fairness requires more than better datasets—it demands ethical, inclusive design and cross-sector collaboration between gender equality experts, philosophers, and engineers.
