circa punched the spine sections too, to make bookmarks. Corner rounded the (scrap) paper, and the bookmarks, but not the cover itself

Because....

Klingons Yule Okay.

Time to go evil caroling with Zero-G's special two hour summer holiday radio show. Lashings (the whip, Y'gor, the whip!) of festering festive filks for all those tidings that discomfort and annoy...

Here's the Radio On Demand link. Yes, yes, I know it SAYS "Room With A View" but that's only 'cos we also colonized the previous show's regular hour 'n all.

Zero-G wishes a safe an harpy horror day to all, and to all a good fright!

(After you've listened to the first hour, just click on the Zero-G block for the second, assuming you're still capable of hearing...)

And the rear. I think it's a bible verse written there. Or something.

Save Star Trek the Experience. Many people wrote their thoughts and memories down and they were posted on the walls.

I saw Michael Dorn at the Star Trek Convention in Boston last week. Micheal Dorn plays Lt. Commander Worf, the only Klingon in Starfleet. He's my favorite character from Star Trek! I have seen him before, but many years ago. I was so surprised this time by how much older he had gotten. Somehow, I expected him to still be closer to the same Worf I know and love from the show. I guess that sounds unrealistic, but I just never thought about him growing old.

This was just the first photo I took of him and then I was told that photography was not permitted. I felt bad about that, and wished I could have gotten a better shot of him, but I suppose this was better than nothing at all. I'm not sure who those people are with him. I'm thinking maybe his assistants, or something.

Alexander (Sid) Siddig at the Creation Entertainment Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas, 2013

even though i didn't really DO anything fun while in this costume - just went to work, then out for a posh indian meal, then over to dave's to watch stargate universe (my friends and i are such nerds) there's something i just stupidly love about wandering about in a space jumpsuit with a bajoran nose, combadge, and rank pips.

and i do awfully love being a redhead.

Kira Nerys (a Bajoran) was opposed to the Federation presence on DS9, feeling that the Bajoran people should have nothing to do with the Federation as Bajor had just endured a 50-year occupation by the Cardassians. Over time, her sentiments changed and she became one of the strongest supporters of Bajor joining the Federation and an essential ally to Benjamin Sisko.

Weird Burger King stamp found still in its wrapper, while digging thru Nana's vast collection of oddities. I have an Odo & an unnamed Cardassian too.
