We devoured this pretty quickly, best when eaten hot. Cloves of garlic (with skin on) deep fried and spinkled with salt. You take off the skin before eating it and trash the skin in the convenient bowl the waitress serves with this dish.

Event description:
On May 7 at Union Station, hear from and experience spectrum of voices featured in the first 6 episodes the dublab and Metro Art radio documentary series Deep Routes– along with sneak peeks into the upcoming season! Featuring an array of voices, Deep Routes –explores the overlapping and intersecting musical histories embedded in the Los Angeles landscape and its transit topographies.
Listen to 45s from from Little Tokyo’s famed Atomic Café on a vintage 1955 Seeburg J Jukebox while visiting with and hearing stories from “Atomic Nancy” Sekizawa. Hang out by a colorfully-painted WW2 era jeepney— a staple of public transit in the Philippines— owned and operated by the Pilipino Workers Center soundtracked by playlists driven by that history.

ABOUT DEEP ROUTES:
Started in Summer 2020, Deep Routes is a radio documentary series exploring the various overlapping and intersecting musical histories embedded in the Los Angeles landscape—as told by voices from the respective scenes. Episodes have focused on Downtown Los Angeles and Little Tokyo, Wilshire Boulevard, the Crenshaw District, Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Elysian Valley with more to come. The second season of Deep Routes and a dedicated website will launch in May 2022. The second season of deep routes and an accompanying website, were additionally made possible with support to dublab from the Eastside Arts Initiative and California Humanities, a non-profit partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

I'd never been to Chicago before. Nor had I ever had Chicago pizza. Having now tried it, I find it difficult to compare to the New York version. Apples and oranges, really. They're two entirely different dishes made with similar sets of ingredients. Which may just be the east-coaster in me rationalizing the fact that this stuff is AMAZING.
Talk about abuse someone was really ticked to do this!! This was in front of The trees club it was taken out in 2009 when Trees was revamped in Aug 2009 This phone is now inside Trees now as a museaum peace. how cool
One can argue whether it's more tedious going up or down Múlafjall.
I wasn't sure if I liked the previous picture or this one more so decided to put them both in.

In the end, the signature food was just meh. We thought it would be a slice of pizza that was deep fried. Instead, it was basically a piece of fried dough with tomato sauce and crappy Parmesan cheese on it.
Not recommended!

Just around the corner from the waterfalls in Deep Creek, in Bryson City, NC within the confines of Great Smoky Mountains National Park are some amazing rapids. In fact, this part of the park is very popular for tubing. For those with the camera and tripod, it's also fantastic for blurred water shots like this. I opted to go B&W on this shot to get a more abstract artsy quality to it.

A view from the road of the Deep Cove entrance. All the wood is handsplit from redcedar driftwood. Mortise and tenon joinery with hardwood pegs. All the metalwork is hand forged by a local blacksmith.
My first try of veggie menu for vegetarian festival this year. It wasn't easy to prepare but it's easy to cook! ^__^ It was kind of seasoned dough then soak fried in vegetable oil. It's yummy but fatty as well!!!
