Trip Dubai. Atlantis, The Palm. The Lost Chambers Aquarium. Sep/2015 Lost for thousands of years deep beneath the sea, the ancient ruins of the lost city of Atlantis have finally been uncovered. Learn about the lost city of Atlantis, its culture, technology and ancient citizens as you gaze upon the 65,000 marine animals that now make it their home. Atlantis, The Palm is a UAE hotel resort located at the apex of the Palm Jumeirah. It was the first resort to be built on the island and is themed on the myth of Atlantis[5] but includes distinct Arabian elements. The resort opened on September 24, 2008 as a joint venture between Kerzner International Holdings Limited and Istithmar. Atlantis is a majestic 5 star Dubai hotel situated on the Palm, a man-made island that has captured the world’s imagination with its magnificent scale and ingenuity. From the hotel architecture to the award-winning restaurants and must-visit aquatic attractions, this is one of Dubai’s luxury resorts that never ceases to amaze.
