Even deeper into the heart of Tunisia and closer to desert, camels appear. Large number of camels with a single herder or two. They seem to know they rule this area with their haughty and confident attitude on full display. During this trip, they became on of my favorite animals to watch and enjoy.
Shooting architecture once the sun has set is something that has always interested me but I seldom get a chance to do because I am very seldom in London after sunset. This was taken the same day as my last 3 posts and in fact only an hour after my previous London Layers shot. A four second long exposure to get this and I thank my lucky stars that I remembered to take along my little gorillapod tripod on this day.
Sometimes the best thinking comes in unusual and simple places...

Somewhere deep in the nightly forest im trying to play with light, its like a meeting with the unknown :)
I enjoy doing the touristy sights in my own home town of Mount Gambier in South Australia, and the Blue Lake is always a great place to visit. Today, it was vividly blue and amazingly calm apart from a distant wake being made by a bird. It looked wonderfully cool on what is to be a very hot day here in the mid 90s (35C.).
I only had the phone camera, but it did okay in high res mode! The water really is this colour. There is no post processing done to saturate the colours.
