Overall, very good. The cider didn't really fit the tasting, but, that's okay, the rest was great. The Pontoon in a Monsoon was AMAZING. If you ever make it out to Browns Bay Auckland, check these guys out!

Deep Space 12 is my take on a Cardassian Terok Nor type space station
Based off of the series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
To make up some fan-fiction for DS12 is another Federation salvaged Cardassian Nor type station near Nepenthe. Quark expanding his franchise purchased the rights to bring over everyone's favorite shops and bar from DS9 to the new station.

D.I.G. (Deep Inner Groove): featuring Chuck Loeb, Pat Bianchi , Eric Marienthal, Till Brönner & Harvey Mason
A view of the Washington Monument during the July 4th fireworks. We were on the east side of the monument, and smoke obscured much of the firework display. But the result was kind of interesting... that milky, backlit smoke made the monument look like a spaseship in some deep space nebula.
The "lower" forest - another type of woods, deep and beautiful. The complicated terrain makes it impossible to do the usual forest maintenance, so it stays untouched by human hand for decades. Following the brook, you can go very long alone without seeing another people.
In honor of the Perseid Meteor Shower peaking today I thought I'd jump ahead a couple nights in my editing to share this photo! The sun was setting behind the mountains in Arches National Park giving the horizon a faint purple sunset glow. As you looked higher it got darker giving the impression you were looking into deep space. That night was quite active for "shooting stars" actually. I was so happy when this exposure came through and I saw that I got a beautiful meteor in frame! It's just in there too, heading straight for the top of the photo.
