In cast iron skillet or Chicago Pizza pan - Bottom layer: fresh grated parmesan and Romano cheese, drained spinach, fresh cooked garlic, fresh sweet basil, oregano and other spices. Thin crust covers bottom layer. Top layer: fresh grated mozzarella cheese, home-made sauce with many spices, fresh garlic cooked in beer and other methods. Pre-heat oven to 450ºF, turn down to 375ºF for cooking. Place small ball of dough on top and watch for it to turn brown. Cook about 45 minutes.

Evening on the lake. Fourteen wild trumpeter swans floated in the reflection of a fabulous orange sunset. While I fumbled for my camera, it all drifted away. I was left with this image and a memory.
they finally tried the deep-fried snickers bar at suzi's last night. this picture makes me shiver a little.
I spent a whole day with my dad, thats weird cause I don't see him all that much and when I do its only for a few hours. We went to the lakeshore on probably the nicest day we've had here in a while. I expected it to be freezing, when really it was crazy warm. I just can't wait for spring/summer.
To get that close to the water you have to pass all the tall grass and then these big huge rocks and then on to the ice. Every step I took seemed to get thinner and thinner. I kept saying "Ey, Dad! can I keep going?". I kept going untill the ice under my vans sunk in. So I took this shot and ran the hell away.

Can I just say, I was really excited about this moment. This morning I flew to Florida to go to Costa Rica, and this is my favorite part about waking up early. This is for my friend.
