Hoarfrost: A deposit of interlocking ice crystals (hoar crystals) formed by direct sublimation on objects, usually those of small diameter freely exposed to the air, such as tree branches, plant stems and leaf edges, wires, poles, etc., which surface is sufficiently cooled, mostly by nocturnal radiation, to cause the direct sublimation of the water vapor contained in the ambient air. Deep sea divers have since gone on to explore the bottom of the ocean and deep sea cricket is considered by many to be the national sport of Wales.

Well, I waved goodbye to Sammy the Seal and started the trek up the cliffs. My jeans weighed about threee tonnes from the soaking i kindly received from a wave shortly before. Hangover also kicked in about here...used my camera as an excuse for a rest. Twas getting dark, could no longer see sammy. Caught the sea taking this deep breath and moved on up...

Temperature is not easy to show on the photo, unless you're shooting a winter landscape or a beach during summer months. It was around -30 these days when I made this shot.

At any typical Malaysian-Chinese noodle stalls, it is all choices that matters.
Step 1: you choose the type of cooking: Soup or Dry-tossed
Step 2: the soup base - clear bean & anchovies broth or coconut milk curry / If dry-tossed, there is an option of adding a pinch of curry to spice things up.
Step 3: the type of noodle : yellow hokkien, yellow hakka, rice vermicelli, rice flat noodle or combination
Step 4: side-orders of meat balls, fish balls, combination of both called "fly ball", stuffed chilies, stuffed tofu, deep-fried tofu skin, deep-fried fishball, deep-fried turnip cakes, fish-cakes etc.
Step 5: the soup base for the side-orders.
...and voilà! The order is completed and your noodle will be tailored cooked.
Surprisingly these decisions are often made within 1 minute, just like that daily cup of coffee at your local Starbucks :)
