But we're grateful we ordered and planted so many bulbs last fall in two containers, able to see from indoors. (I took this outside in grass pollen.)

About a couple of blocks from where I live there is this natural (protected) area, where fishes and animals live side by side peacefully . It is not a zoo, it is a natural and wild area.

Dedicated to my mother-in-law, who left us a few days ago. I appreciated her optimism and will to live and it was an honour to have known her. She proved us again and again that it is well worth fighting, even if it seems hopeless.
Unfortunately, she lost the last one after all.

The Seasons Story opened today with a beautiful array of items and fashion dedicated to winter. Zenith has provided a Vintage Winter Coat and Boots in both soft and neutral colors. The fur trimmed coat and cape are adorable and I am wearing it here in my favorite pastel blue color. The Mystic, Zenith’s sister store, created the fox headdress…. And well you know how I feel about foxes….

Petra is a most talented artist deep in her heart and soul . Her inner beauty comes out in all forms of visual art, from painting to photography. All but one is obvious due to the grey Opel standing apart from the crowd. - However, it is also an all but two (the two red cars), an all but three (three are standing in the opposite direction), and an all but four (the four whites).
It is very interesting to see in 2025 how the world has changed during these years.

This one is dedicated to my neighbour who allows me to use his dock as a vantage point for photographing the sunrise at Keefer Lake. His dock has almost a 270 degree view north-east to south-west whereas our dock is in a small bay and faces south - south west. He will recognize the subject whereas it may be a puzzle for others. :) Thank you neighbour!

Multiple image in a variety of ways. Two Pano-Sabotaged shots of mannequins in a shop window and an SOOC, B&W shot of rain wet street pavement. Heavy photo manipulation of the mannequins balances out the starkness of the B&W areas but great attention was paid to throwing the settling nature of the symmetry off balance. This keeps the eye moving and the piece dynamic ( I hope ).
No matter how bright the lights are "Downtown" there can often be a feeling in big cities that you're like a ghost or spectre floating through it all, with no one even seeing you. In small towns and villages you are part of a whole. In big cities you are entirely an entity all to yourself. Pros and cons on both sides.
